The hotel's location is perfect; very near a subway station in the U4 line and a tram station so it's easy to move around Vienna. Our room was very clean, breakfast was very good and satisfying. Almost all the staff members in the reception were very helpful and they helped us a lot with directions. There was a problem in...

nothing special about this hotel but the location is good and if you ask for a room with a view, you can see the mountain from your bedroom. Wifi is good and staff are helpful. there are good eating places near the hotel.

Room was big enough, beds were comfortable. The weird thing..hotel was locked around Saturday midnight when we came back from the city. Luckily, the recepcionist heard me knocking the entry door. Breakfast was ok. It is very close to Friedensbrücke U-bahn and I recommend irish pub nearby for a beer.

From the horrible greeting we experienced upon arrival to the cold we endured, everything was dreadful. To summarize - The horrible: *we were greeted by a very rude old man(and this is putting it lightly) *when we entered our room we were horrified to see that it was freezing cold but hoped this would change during our stay. It did...

Recently stayed at this hotel as part of a package mini break with my boyfriend. The hotel was easy to find from Friedensbrucke station. Checked in without issue the female staff member at reception was welcoming and spoke good English. Entering the room I was apprehensive due to previous reviews however the room was large in size and the room...
