The hotel was pretty good and we had awesome time there. The staffs were friendly and the room was clean and great. Fully recommended. The breakfast was good. It was near shops and restaurants and metro station. It would be great for anyone to stay and have all things needed around.

We had a triple room for 3 nights. The location is perfect. It's a shopping area with a few restaurants. The staff is super friendly. I don't know if it's a family business but the hotel is cozy and rooms are clean and nice. There's an old gentleman whom I assume is the manager or owner, he's an amazing friendly man....

Stayed at this hotel early December. We had an apartment for 3people in the same building as the hotel. Very very clean and was cleaned daily. Breakfast provided in hotel. Small dining area but breakfast was very good with usual breads, juice, eggs, cold meats tea and coffee. Staff friendly. Hotel situated just a few minutes from underground, main shopping...

This is a nice, reasonable little hotel that is centrally located. I stayed off site in an apartment building a block away. We has two bedrooms and a full kitchen. It was very spacey for Europe. But don't count on a hearty breakfast.

Pretty small cozy place to stay with your family. Its a small little family hotel locates middle of town, 20 minutes walk to the opera house. Down the streets are many branded shops. So if you're a shopaholic, its a pretty good place to stay

We had a nice triple room which Tibor, the hotel manager, arranged for us without having to cancel our double room reservation. Good location and nice breakfast. We have stayed there twice and would definitely go back. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

Ideal location to walk in the city center, MuseumsQuartier Wien. Shopping and pedestrian street. The breakfast is simple, it is all the criticism. Very kind and helpful staff. The beds were really comfortable.

This hotel is in a good location. It is clean and basic but old fashioned and could do with modernising. Breakfast room decor reminded me of my childhood! That said, staff were friendly and helpful & is very reasonably priced.

Staying in Neubau

Neighbourhood Profile
Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
