Located to downtown with all attractions. Great hospitality nice breakfast. The hotel is a refurbished palace built in the 1800's during Kaiser Josef's time. The architecture is typical of that period. The staff is fluent in English and very helpful. Everyone is very polite and courteous. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel highly. It is...

The reception staff here were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met - they helped us with everything from planning our day trip to Bratislava (including printing train times for us and letting us know which ones were quickest), to helping us with an angry taxi man!!

I stayed at the hotel with two young kids for a weekend city break. The hotel is centrally located, about 10-15 min walk from most point of interests, The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. Our room (Comfort Triple Room) was nice, but not all rooms of same class are the same, so you need some luck. The room...

Perfectly sitauted for a quiet night's sleep, and well-connected with local transport but easy to walk into the very centre. Clean and modern, with all pillow-prefernces catered for! Very helpful smart staff.

I stayed at this hotel during a conference I attended in Vienna. It was conveniently located for the venues, where several of the conference's social events took place. It is also very well connected with public transportation and close to the sights of central Vienna. The hotel proved to be an excellent choice in every respect as it was housed...

Went with a friend for a long weekend. Had a great room on the top floor with a balcony which even though it was cold and snowy we sat out with a bottle of fizz. Great on sunny days as they provide two loungers too. The staff all over the hotel were super. We found the location excellent. About a...

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and have a great bed! Bathroom was very clean and housekeeping was great. The breakfast is rather expensive but it was extensive and therefore worthwhile. I asked for some special food because of a diet and it was no problem at all. We had a great stay and...

This hotel is conveniently located just by the Rathaus in central Vienna. It used to be some sort of palace so it's quite the impressive building. Booked the comfort room option and I was quite pleased. We checked in a bit late and the receptionist wasn't really that nice although not rude. Room was in the 1st floor so no...

Compliments to the most professional and most genuinely friendly receptionist Domenic Baczak. What a star. His graceful and well mannered attitude gave class to the place. Very efficient and helpful. About our stay there, to start with the positives the breakfast was about €16 per person and worth every cent. Really great range of hot and cold foods, nice fresh...

Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
