The hotel staff were very rude, argumentative. Refused to assist us in calling our ride to airport. Rooms - ok nice size, clean Good location Breakfast - fine. But the attitude of the staff is So bad that I cannot recommend this to anyone

There is also a train connection via the UBahn (underground) if you don't have too much luggage. The UBahn is close to everywhere in the city and connection to the airport really easy.
