On arriving from Vienna Airport we made our own way to the hotel, as we didn't see a Jet 2 rep at the airport. We took the S-Bahn to Rennweg Station, only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. On arrival at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at the traditional Austrian foyer and all the staff wearing national costume....

Dear Robert, thank you very much for your great feedback! It is a pleasure to read that you felt that comfortable with us and enjoyed our Enziana Alpine Style. Thank you very much for your positive words concerning our restaurant. We offer a Standard Menu and a Seasonal Menu, at the moment we have 'Bärlauch', that's is a plant which...

Stayed for three nights with friends . We both had reasonable size rooms , one had a balcony , and both had baths with excellent water pressure and superb unlimited hot water . There was also a decent shower over the bath. Television was limited , just the basics , but who wants to waste time watching TV in Vienna....

We were in this hotel for 3 nights. Breakfast was delicious with great variety of food. Room is clean and nice. Biggest surprise was that you are allowed to take your dogs with you and there is no extra cost for them. Even more, we received a wonderfull surprise from hotel Manager! We LOVE this hotel! We stayed at the Enziana for 4 nights in February 2017 and it was very enjoyable. The staff dress in lederhosen and dirndl and there is a rustic design in the reception and restaurant. The room was very basic but warm and comfortable and the breakfast had a huge choice of courses. A tram stop a couple of minutes away...

The Enziana hotel was part of a set package deal and at first I hesitated about going to a 3star hotel, but this basic city hotel for tourists was in fact GOOD VALUE. LOCATION is on a busy traffic road but it is very close to the beautiful Belvedere Palace and gardens.Good connections to Vienna historic center with the tram/Strassenbahn...

My fiancée and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of February. I had booked 11 months in advance and I got the most fantastic rate and this great hotel definitely managed out expectations. The hotel is just down the street from the train station where there is a supermarket and other shops and food kiosks. There are...

We were robbed from our locked safe in our locked room and the staff showed NO compassion....even after we wrote upon our return home. There are no security cameras in the halls, the keys are old fashioned and there is no card security so anyone can access the lifts. Unlike every other hotel we stayed in for our 8 weeks...

Great hotel ideal for getting into city Centre as just a short walk from tram stop. From the airport a 20 minute journey and then a sort walk from train station to hotel. The room was clean and big enough bathroom had a good shower . Breakfast was good . Hotel decor was traditional and quaint but we liked it...

My partner and I stayed here for a week in February. The hotel is very pretty and has a lovely theme. The room was very clean. Plenty of space for clothes. The safe is free of charge, towels are changed daily. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay. The beds were lovely and firm. The bathroom was the...

Stayed at this hotel last November with a large group of lads attending a football match in Vienna.
