The hotel is very good option for business trip or city-break. Very clean and confortable rooms. Wonderful garden. It is a green and quiet area. Despite the hotel is not in the central area, it is well connected with public transport.

Quiet neighborhood in a beautiful noble district. A very accommodating owner is on the premises. Nice garden with tables for a fine breakfast. Best to get a room on the garden side with balcony. There is no garage but street parking is available.

I need quiet when I'm at work, I find it in Hotell Park Villa. Situated near the University, and easy to get around in Wienna from the hotel. Nice staff who always helps me when needed. Breakfast is quiet with a lovely garden view. The rooms clean and nice, and sometimes I'm lucky to get one og the bigger ones....

Very nice garden for sunny days to have breakfast and also great location, nice residential, quiet and green area yet well connected to the city. We wanted to visit the northern part of Vienna, famous for the vineyards and the wine taverns and the hotel is well located for this, but it also has direct links to the city center....

This hotel is situated maybe not just in the city center but very close to many different means of transport, in peaceful, quiet and green district of old stylish detached houses. It's a very nice place to spend time with family and a good point to sightsee Vienna. Staff is very helpful and patient for guests. Roooms are clean and...

I use to visit this hotel regularly on my business trips. This was the first time my wife and I stayed there. The location is always so inviting and hotel itself provides enought comfort and value for money. Service was pleasent as always. Proximity to the Turkenschanzpark is great for walking, jogging or just enjoying the view of Vienna. The...

Small family owned hotel. Charming really. Token welcoming kit with white wine and a fruit is very thoughtful. Impeccable WiFi access. Spoteless clean; well appointed rooms. Friendly and extremely helpfull staff. Irreprochable breakfast buffet!

It was a real join to be guest in your Hotel Park Villa. Everything is clean, quite and comfortable. I recommend this to any one who like the privacy. The garden is wonderful and the area is the same. Thank you.

This is a very charming place to stay when in Vienna. The breakfast, included during my stay, was wonderful. I felt very safe in the hotel and coming and going in the neighborhood. I will stay here again.

Things get stolen in this Hotel and the staff doesnt even care about it. Beside this it is far far away from everything. There are better Hotels in Vienna. Staff is really unfriendly. Bed in my room wasnt a bed, it was a couch.

Staying in Wahring

Neighbourhood Profile
Wahring
The 18th district is the most inconspicuous of the listed neighbourhoods. Where else can you still watch card players at a Viennese coffeehouse, or listen to authentic Viennese folk songs with a local audience? Like most respected Viennese neighborhoods, Währing has its own street market, Kutschkermarkt, where you can best feel its pulse. One of Währing’s loveliest outdoor destinations is the small garden palace and museum Geymüllerschlössel. The exquisite 19th century interior is spiced up by contemporary art installations curated by the Museum of Applied Arts / Contemporary Art (MAK).
