Booked this hotel with maybe too much expectations... 1- rooms were small, a bit old and the carpet not really "nice". Impossible to open the windows and it was really hot in there despite the AC working at its full power ! 2- the bed was way too soft.. looks like a hammock ! Despite these 2 problems not much...

We stayed in a twin room with large single beds which were the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in, with wonderful soft pillows. The hotel is beautiful, only a 20 min walk or a tram ride away from the city centre where all the attractions can be found, and where the hop on hop off buses stop and...

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Bathrooms are clean and towels, bedsheets are clean. Room did not have a coffee machine. Hotel is close to City center. Room service is average. Staff is helpful and courteous.

I did not find the staff to be very accommodating. Our room was not available until mid afternoon. Plain, basic room comparable to the courtyard Marriott I stayed in recently. When we checked in all the girl could say is "no I am sorry" to any small request we made. She did however offer options but only if we wanted...

Almost at the end of a 5 night stay and I cannot fault the hotel. Friendly staff; excellent breakfast; very good room service and everything you need in a room. Location is good as O can get a train to the office; perhaps not brilliant for the 'tourist' areas around Stephansplatz which is about 25 minutes on foot. Good exercise...

I have stayed for two night at this hotel. The room were very good. but the washroom as well the AC is quite old-school. The breakfast was very good any a good selection. It is a very good hotel I will go back to. But it is not special.

This is not an impressive hotel. It is not bad, but also not "the hotel". I had not very clear information at reception about the hotel devices at checkin. Internet access is free but it is not informed and when you try to get it you are challenged with a €5 rate / hour at the registration website. On the...

It's in a beautiful building, and I like this european classical style. The location is convenient. The matro/train station is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Also there are several bus stations near by. The hotel is not very far from the city center anyway. We got an complimentary junior suite upgrade for this stay. The suite is quite...

Our first stay in Vienna and staff at this hotel couldn't of been more helpful! Lovely hotel and great breakfast. Very comfortable rooms at a reasonable rate. We found it was a bit out of the centre but we still stay again if we returned to Vienna.

This is a good example how Marriott devaluated once a top brand. However the stay was ok and the breakfast was lovely. I very often stay iat Renaissance and Marriott hotels, this one does not look belonging to Marriott.
