Loved staying in this quirky hotel! A tiny bit away from the center of town but easy to get to using public transportation. The single rooms are economical and perfect for solo travelers. The restaurant and bar are super.

The hotel is well located. A lot of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood (less touristic and more authentic than others). The room was nice and the wifi excellent. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. A chair would have been better than a stool in the room.

My wife and I stayed in the Hotel Brillantengrund for two nights in early October 2016. The weather was not on our side and it rained non-stop throughout our trip. The courtyard has real appeal and looked very charming but we couldn't enjoy it due to the rains. The location was good and it was a 15-20 min walk to...

Recommend by a local, he's never stayed here but has heard it's good. It was great. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and fantastic breakfasts. It is in walking distance of the museum quarter, which was great for us. The receptionist is the best diamond, she is lovely. We are already planning our return visit

The courtyard is a sweet spot in the summer, nice bar and breakfast. There's also a nice bar on the main street by the entrance. The rooms are small and clean, no nonsense. It's simply a great funky hotel, affordable aand super great location! Highly recommended and I would return here gladly.

This little gem of hotel is in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Vienna. The food is delicious - many Filipino dishes, but also local Viennese cuisine. The location is better than we expected based on our map recon - so now we stay here every time we go to Vienna. This is one of the best!

I didn't stay there overnight, but the crowd was asked to exit the courtyard after 10:30 in order to let people actually staying there to get their sleep. It was my first time at the hotel in order to see the sculptures of Roland Reiter. In addition to the courtyard they also have outside seating on the street until 11...

Hotel is just genuinely different - stayed five days and the place just grew on us. The staff were very helpful. There for work for two days and three days holiday and worked well for both. A visit to the Freud museum, the Third Man Museum and staying here meant you had to be in Vienna rather than anywhere else!
