Lovely apartment. Check in details could have been better as arriving at the apartments we were unaware we needed to go into the main hotel first. I have never been to an apartment home or abroad before though were you had to request a kettle. However, the receptionists were all lovely and sorted out our requests very quickly. The apartments...

Beautiful apartments, spacious and clean. Big and comfy bedroom, livingroom with all things you need and a little kitchen 😃 Smoking inside is forbidden, but the place has a little garden where you can sit and relax 😊

About the hotel, it is the second wings of Flemings hotel which is a 4 star hotel so all the check in and out in Flemings which is opposite side of the building. The place is walkable...

Really lovely apartment and really worth the money. VERY close to the city centre and main train station. There was a strange noise in the apartment but it wasn't bothersome enough to get it fixed (may have been all the good food and alcohol). Make sure you go to the front to check in with flemings hotel! Google maps leads...

The location is good and the staff are generally ok, but this hotel is dishonest. On our first night, the air condition in our room is not working. We called the reception and the receptionist asked us to compromise with it and said that the air condition in the living room is working, and quoting what she actually said, so...

This is two blocks from the train station, Very helpful staff. We were able to walk everywhere and close to the maria hefner street and shops. They store luggage for free and are very helpful with directions and sights. They also help with show tickets.

The apartment is really clean, and nice. The hotel location in the 7th district, which is close to the main underground station 200 meters from westbanhof station, and one of the main shopping streets in Vienna called Mariahelfir strassa, the price is really reasonable, depends on how long you going to stay. This is my second time to Vienna, and...

The Apartments are very new, clean and nicely decorated. The location is awesome. Tram station is just out the apartments. It is very close to many attractions. Our experience with service is very poor. We found the apartment location without any issue. When we rang the bell at the door of the apartment, no one came from recption for 15...

the apartments we stayed in were fantastic, nice and big which is a real treat when travelling in europe. they are also good value for money and the place wont cost you an arm and a leg. they are part of the flemmings hotel but sit at the back of them and you can at times feel a bit 'alone'...

We stayed five nights here. The apartment is very comfortable and we liked having the extra room to spread out. We did a lot of sight seeing during the day and would come back here to rest and watch the Olympics before going out again. The management was very friendly and helpful with directions and other requests (printing out maps...

Staying in Neubau

Neighbourhood Profile
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
