Even though we arrived before check in time we were able to access our room straight away which was a huge bonus for us. There are a few tram stops nearby as well as the West Bahnhof station only being a 10 minute walk from the Pension. The room was a good size and all the rooms were on the... More

We had a nice weekend with my girlfriend in Vienna, the accomodation was perfect for one night, everything was clean and correct. Receptionist was very kind, helpful and spoke in English. Public transport is absolutely close. There are option parking in hotel's garage or on the street (paid between 6-10pm on weekends). We had a program in the stadium next... More

The hotel rooms are the bare minimum with an uncomfortable bed, a closet for a shower and no amenities. No toiletries, no coffee pot, nowhere in the "hotel" to buy snacks or drinks unless you walk down the street to their boutique hotel. It is essentially an over-priced hostel with private rooms. I saw reviews saying it had a great... More

Dear HappyTrvls2U! I am very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you found our price-performance ratio not to your satisfation. We stayed in the pension and were delighted to find the room spacious and clean with a modern self-contained bathroom. The location was good for transport and exploring Vienna and was great value. We loved that we could still use the common areas of the hotel and enjoyed being able to sit in the garden and have a drink that... More

the pension is along the road from the boutique hotel where you check in. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, allowing us to wait until our room was ready to check in around 1pm, and supplying a kettle when we requested one. Great location near the Westbahnhof station where we were able to get a metro... More

Nice, very clean room. Attractive decor with comfortable bed. The staff at the hotel where you check in for the pension were friendly and very helpful. Walking distance to the underground, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

This is an extremely well-run hotel that takes a lot of pride in their service and operation. Just down the road, about a block away, they some rooms in a residential apartment building that is the pension part of their operation. The rooms in the pension are very comfortable and ultra-modern - except there is no wi-fi access. You'll have... More

We have stayed here one night only so might not have enough experience to rate everything. However, we have nothing to complain about. We were looking for a hotel very close to the Westbahnof which this was (walking distance). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was in a different building (Boutique Hotel Stadthalle) about a block away. Room was... More

The pension is an unexpected surprise. It has no-frills rooms, but brand new, spotless and very convenient. It is a pension, but linked to a boutique hotel just a block away, where you can sit and relax, or have a wonderful breakfast for 10 euros (worth every buck). It is not in the city center, but very near the subway... More
