This hotel is just fabulous if you're here to ski - the hotel is located right at the entrance of the ski lift. Overall, the property is fantastic but the staff make a big difference to the stay. Deborah who was always friendly, helpful and getting things settled for the guest, took the time to stop by to chat one...

This is an excellent hotel. Despite the hotel being very full we found all the staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Best location in Kitzbühel for skiing as it is virtually ski in/ ski out. However the best part for us was the food which was very good. I would love to visit again in summer to hike and explore...

The only inconvenience is the underground hotel parking that doesn't tell you at the entrance when it is full. There isn't a lot of space to turn your car at level -2. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Dear Berlaar family, we are very sorry to hear, that our underground hotel parking did not meet your expectations. Of course we immediately checked the traffic light in the garage, which sends a signal to the entrance to give wayto the parking or leaving cars. But of course we are very happy to hear, that you fell comfortable in our...

We just got back from our ski trip in Kitzbuhel and couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Best Western. We managed to bag a good deal via hotel.com website to stay here. Before arriving, we emailed the hotel a couple of times to arrange airport pickup and dinner reservation. All these were promptly sorted out and confirmed via...

Dear Paul O, we are very happy to hear that you and your family had a pleasant stay at our hotel. Yes, we do agree: the ski in/ ski out situation is one of the biggest advantage of the Kaiserhof. The free non alcoholic drinks and our food is also mostly appreciated. We wish you a very happy and prosperous...

Situated right next to ski lift, and just far enough away from town, a 5 min walk, superb staff, excellent food and clean throughout the hotel, pool area is small but very relaxing, would definitely stay here again.

I was unfortunate enough to stay here for two nights. My three friends an I stayed in the Maximillian Suite, the most prestigious room in the hotel. The room, the location (next to the ski lift) was excellent, but it is the small things that matter. Things such as common courtesy and manners. one evening, before leaving the room for...

Dear Neil C, reading through your comments made us at first sight very happy, to understand, that you fell really comfortable at the Maximilian Suite - which is definitely the best suite in our 4 star superior hotel. While continued reading we reached to your complaint about our staff, where you must have got the impression of not being welcomed....

The hotel is immediately adjacent to the Hanenkamm cable car so would be perfect for skiers but it is also about 2 blocks from the main tourist areas of town near many restaurants. Beds were very comfortable with extra large down comforters so no cold feet in the middle of the night. Bathroom was very modern with all the expected...

This hotel has a lovely quiet location just a few minutes walk from the old town, next to the Hahnenkamm cable car station and train station. My room was very comfortable (I loved seeing the cable cars named after skiers floating past from the balcony!), the breakfasts were excellent, and there is also a nice swimming pool. I had not...

We have just returned from our 4th stay at this property. Again we have had a very good stay. The food, service and staff are good. The only slight down point is that for the second consecutive year there has been a very large turnover in staff in fact I did not recognize anyone from reception and apart from the excellent...

Absolutely fabulous 2 week stay at the Kaiserhof. The hotel was spotlessly clean with friendly and helpful staff. The room was budget class but was a decent size with a very large double and comfortable bed. We were on the road side but never heard any traffic from 21:00 to 07:00 hours. Food was of excellent quality with a buffet...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Kitzbuehel stands for Holiday – all year round! Welcome to the Kaiserhof Kitzbuehel****s – perfectly situated in the romantic alpine city between ski slopes and golf greens. The quiet but also central location of our hotel at the edge of Kitzbuehel is a perfect place and the center of the historic old town can be reached in less than 5 minutes walk. The world famous Hahnenkamm cable car station and the end of the ski slopes “Asten” and the legendary “Streif” are located directly at the hotel. Due to the fact that the Hahnenkamm cable car is operating during the summer we offer the ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful Tyrolean Mountains - all year round. Therefore you can leave your car well protected in our underground garage. No matter whether you want to spend a romantic getaway, a spa weekend, a golf holiday, a hiking or skiing holiday, a short trip to one of the famous events in the region or a business trip in combination with a conference or seminar - we at the Kaiserhof have for more than three generations been looking after the wellbeing of our guests and offer you the perfect symbiosis of tradition and modern lifestyle for your holiday. Comfort, high class furniture and facilities, spa and fine dining are the main parts for all expansions of the hotel as well as for the constant improvement of the offer. The Spa & Wellness area with cozy chill out areas serves as a retreat for relaxing. The sauna and the swimming pool help the muscles to regenerate after exercise, the first-class equipment of the gym support the activation of new power and a large selection of beauty & massage treatments are available for those who want to spoil themselves. The awarded cuisine will spoil you with local specialties and international delicacies. Wine lovers will find not only the famous names but also exciting discoveries in the wine cellar. A look at the fine selection is recommended. The rooms & suites are equipped with high-quality Swiss stone pine furniture in Tyrolean country house style. Minibars, the non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price, and a modern infotainment system on the flat screen TVs (international TV channels, Internet on TV) are the last improvements. Wireless LAN in all areas of the hotel as well as broadband internet access for your personal laptop in your room are available and free of charge. Are you curious now?
