Just returned from a week with Crystal at the Hotel Aurach. The hotel itself is well run and the staff are helpfull and attentive, all of whom are marshalled by Andreas, who is like the shop keeper in Mr Ben as he turns up everywhere !. Whilst I cannot fault the hotel , Crystal could do with a better presence...

We had a great ski vacation at the hotel which is located 5 minutes by car from HAHNENKAMM lift, and 5 minutes from JOCHBREG lift (which is less crowded and is great skiing area). Andreas (the owner) was very nice to us and helped us with our needs. Guests of the hotel get a 20% discount at Element 3 ski...

Booked this quite late Bir we were pleasantly surprised. Although the room was quite small it was more than adequate. Comfortable bed, very clean and enough hanging space for all the ski gear. A few rooms dotted about downstairs including bar area, lounge area and another room offset between the two. Restaurant was nothing to rave about but was again more...

Everything we needed for a ski holiday - good food and plenty of it, good beer and hot chocolate, and comfortable beds. While some people don't like the idea of ordering their meal the night before, it worked for us - one less thing to think about at the end of the day, and the set meal time actually works...

Our group of seven had a great time at Hotel Aurach. Our third year but we took along new friends as we had experienced two great holidays there previously- they agreed- wonderful service from Andreas, owner/manager, and his staff, nothing was too much trouble! Fantastic food - hearty breakfasts, well presented, tasty 3 course dinners - (we had a vegetarian...

We were interested in a ski stay in Kitzbüel and due to its nice rating, we decided to send an e-mail requesting for availability and prices (booking on-line is not possible via their website). In addition, we filled up the contact form in the website in order to request for our accommodation. Two days later, as we did not were...

After booking through an agent and picking the cheapest hotel available we were not expecting too much. The hotel is probably cheaper because it is not directly in the resort, not at the bottom of a ski run and not a high star rating. None of this mattered to us as we would not need a swimming pool, are quite...

It's a little bit out of town but wow are we glad we found this place. Andreas and his team are so helpful and the hotel is a beautiful traditional Austrian delight ! Food, comfort and cleanliness all 10/10 and it's perfectly situated between jochberg and hannenkahm for skiing. We have been here for 5 days and the service has...

A belated review for our week's stay mid-January. Third time for us, first time for a couple of our friends who enjoyed it too and said they'll return. The hotel was busier this year than the previous two years so it seems more people are taking advantage of a good place to stay! We've reviewed the hotel before and nothing...

The Aurach is a great little hotel with good unfussy food and accommodation. I traveled out with my 16yr old son for a week on the 1st week in February 2016. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and tended speedily. The hotel has its own lift and sauna but beware the sauna if your a bashful Brit as it...
