The Eggerwirt is a charming, family run hotel in Kitzbuhel. We booked it based on what we had read on Trip Advisor. We got a superb corner room on the first floor with a shared balcony with a view towards the Ahorn. The room itself was spacious and well furnished including a mini bar and a huge bathroom complete with... More

It was apparently the same staff handling the reception as the restaurant, and we had to wait for a while when we arrived, since none of the staff seemed to have noticed our arrival as they were busy in the restaurant. They seemed to be in a hurry so check-in was a bit stressful. Maybe we arrived at a busy... More

We stayed here for two nights in a junior suite and it was just great. Lovely and friendly staff, great location, excellent parking facilities, spotlessly clean and a huge, comfortable room (including the fantastic terrace). We ate lunch here once and it was good (they were more than happy to make some adjustments for me as a vegetarian) and breakfast... More

We had the chance to eat here as our hotel's restaurant was closed for a night of maintenance. Great food, see picture, and good service. Would go there again. I had the peppercorn steak, potato and veg. Yummy.

We loved our stay at this super friendly little hotel! It was well located to the altstadt, walking home from a long day skiing to our well appointed room was a delight! Tip: store your skis and boots at a locker at the vase of the main ski lift!! Our room was lovely - beautiful bathroom and cute loft area... More

We were a party of 6, going for dinner during the Christmas holiday. The restaurant was packed and despite having a table reserved we had to wait a good 20 minutes to get shown a table. It took staff 10 minutes to even talk to us and it took prompting from us to get their attention. We were initially shown... More

Given the restaurant selection in Kitzbühel, this place offers very good Tyrolian food at reasonable prices. Service is very friendly and trying to accommodate everyone's wishes. After having eaten at other restaurants during our stay, we chose to go back to Eggerwirt three more times and were very happy with what they had on offer.

Fourth generation, family owned and run Inn. Location is right in the old town and there is ample parking out back. We had a room with a balcony. The room was newly renovated, spacious and modern. We had had dinner at the Eggerwirt on several previous trips, but this was our first opportunity to stay there. All our expectations for an Austrian ski hotel were met and exceeded. Our room was large, comfortable, and meticulously clean, with a nice view from our window. The staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful on occasions when we... More
