This was my second visit here and on the whole I felt it wasn't as good as the last time I visited. To focus on the positive first, the rooms are good quality, spacious with nice decorations and the refurbishment some years ago is holding up well. Reception staff are always helpful and friendly and go out of their way...

We are a family of 5 , with 3 young kids all under 8. This was our second trip to the hotel for our annual skiing holiday and the staff, food and quality of the rooms are superb! I cant praise the staff or management highly enough. The hotel is very child friendly and our kids loved the pool after...

We were there for the skiing. This hotel is well located in the centre of town and has the ski bus stop right outside the rear of the hotel although you can also walk to the main ski lift in 5 minutes. It is a lovely hotel with a traditional lounge and log fire in the reception/bar area. It is...

We came to kitzbuhel to ski.one of the best hotels we have stayed at, a fabulous hotel. Lovely clean bedrooms, with a good sized bathroom with separate shower. Good food and lovely staff. Will definitely stay here again. Lovely spa area.

The hotel restaurant is high quality the 5 different types of dish is perfect. The rooms are okey. The staff is very polite and helpful. Charging 95 euro for one night for 5.5 years old is I think not a good approach.

We stayed here for a weekend in September as we were visiting friends in the town. All we really wanted therefore was a room in a central location. I had eaten at the Schwarzer Adler earlier in the year on business and been impressed, so I was confident with the booking here. For some reason, now unknown, I booked a...

A group of 23 spent four night at the Schwarzer Adler and had a wonderful experience. The staff is phenomenal, from the front desk staff, to the restaurant service, the bar staff and the bellmen! The rooms are well equipped with amenities, clean and spacious for European rooms. The common area is also large and comfortable; same goes for the...

We stayed 4 nights with our tour group. The breakfast was quite extensive and the dinner menu changed daily. They food quality was very good, as was the service provided by the staff. Our room (229) included a sauna room, but unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use it. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the room...
