Last winter I decided to go on ski cup in Kitzbuhel with my family. We settled in the Schwarzer Adler hotel. I was afraid we will be cold but, however, it was the opposite. On the race day, the host was very good organized, we didn't wait a lot to enter the stands. It was a rich offer of food...

We booked into this hotel as we had stayed at the chain before and also as we had just come from a 8 day ski trip elsewhere . We had booked a junior suit and when we were shown the room it looked like something out of the 60's and had never been refurbished since !!! We were then shown...

We have had a fabulous stay, the staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities all very good, but sadly when I needed to catch on some work the wi-fi let me down. It's painfully slow and frequently drops. There's no excuse these days for such poor signal. It was the only downside of an otherwise beautiful visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Schwarzer Adler - the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and elegant, the food was lovely and we enjoyed some excellent Austrian wines, my massage at the spa was great and the evenings at the bar were unforgettable! I was the organiser of a ladies ski trip and we...

We had choosen this hôtel for the location in Kitzbühel. Everything was exceptionnal from the staff at the réception desk to the staff in the dinning area. We are in the hôtel business and we can see when things are done the right way. We had 2 suites and 2 regular rooms. Everything was done with attention.

This was my second visit here and on the whole I felt it wasn't as good as the last time I visited. To focus on the positive first, the rooms are good quality, spacious with nice decorations and the refurbishment some years ago is holding up well. Reception staff are always helpful and friendly and go out of their way...

We were there for the skiing. This hotel is well located in the centre of town and has the ski bus stop right outside the rear of the hotel although you can also walk to the main ski lift in 5 minutes. It is a lovely hotel with a traditional lounge and log fire in the reception/bar area. It is...

We came to kitzbuhel to ski.one of the best hotels we have stayed at, a fabulous hotel. Lovely clean bedrooms, with a good sized bathroom with separate shower. Good food and lovely staff. Will definitely stay here again. Lovely spa area.

The hotel restaurant is high quality the 5 different types of dish is perfect. The rooms are okey. The staff is very polite and helpful. Charging 95 euro for one night for 5.5 years old is I think not a good approach.
