Amazing breakfast and very good service from staff. They don't know what a mocha is but when explained they brought me a hot chocolate and espresso, which worked out perfectly! Rooms were well appointed. My only negative would be that our fridge didn't work and when we mentioned it to the night clerk she wasn't quite sure what to do...

Our room was right behind the "Innsbruck" of the hotel marquee, even such placement (via our tour company booking) we had no complaints. The room was neat and clean, while the food we had downstairs was quite good. Our group was served a multi-course meal of local cuisine and not a one of us had a complaint. Reasonable walking distance...

The lovely girl on the desk gave us our room and pointed out the amenities of the hotel.....which included naked pool area on 6th floor....not for us but whatever floats your boat! The room was on floor 5 and although small was very well decorated and very new. Really central...

The pool in the basement is very small and if you go at around 5pm when everyone piles in with their kids it is claustrophobic, noisy with no room in the pool - so avoid! The room my family was in was on two levels which might be charming...

Stayed here with the Great Railway Journey's and this is ideally situated for all the trips out and about. The room we had was 310 and very comfortable but does look to the back of the hotel and overlooking the restaurant below. Ask for a mountain view and they are breathtaking - ask for room 308 and you will be...

As you step out of the Hotel, the view is stunning. Surrounded by majestic mountains. The rooms are clean..the beds comfortable. Location of this hotel is superb and yet I did not enjoy my time here. I was here on business not for a short break and for me making the most of my time in the hotel beneficial for...
