Reception most helpful on check-in. Accommodating with our bike storage.Very nice historic interior.
In centre but quiet. Well priced.
Also helpful at checkout. Breakfast room lovely. Hallways full of period stuff. Groovy fake tree in light well. Other guests well behaved. Thank you.

We were in Innsbruck in February so it's difficult to answer. We stayed in their largest room and the room was very comfortable plus there were approximately 4-5 windows that opened to the street. I would think given the narrowness of the street, you would get a breeze into the room. The trade off may be increased street noise at night. Having said that, the hotel is a wonderful place to stay
