Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Friendly welcoming staff, providing useful tips about where to go. Nice design, good atmosphere. Awesome breakfast with many healthy choices. Super location, in the middle of one of the nicest streets in old town, but very quiet in your room.

Hotel's Favourite
This is a fantastic hotel, especially if you book a room with balcony and mountain view on the top floor - a bit more expensive but totally worth it. We had a room with the bed facing the large picture window - and with the huge balcony having clear barriers the view was unobstructed and simply stunning, you'd never get tired of looking at it. The hotel feels new (opened in 2017), stylish and modern, has a bar and restaurant, and courtyard. Breakfast is an optional add on, not cheap but is a very good one with a huge variety of everything, a sumptuous continental with hot items. This is also the only hotel on this trip where we used the spa repeatedly - the steam room and sauna were fabulous, spacious and uncrowded. Location is excellent as well, on a pedestrian street packed with shops, restaurants, grocery stores, right on the edge of old town. It's one km distance from the train station so walkable or can take the tram from there (#5 for 2 stops to Rathausgalerien - an indoor shopping plaza next to the hotel). They don't provide coffee or tea (I was told there is a vending machine somewhere in the building for that), but there is an electric kettle in the room. They do however provide the free Innsbruck transportation card for the trams etc for 2+ night stays (you might have to remember to ask).

The reception is good, breakfast is good, location is good, BUT the rooms are far below expectation. Many rooms have no daylight coming in, the smell in the corridors and rooms is the smell of cheap toilet cleaning products. On top, noisy guests.

It was my third time visiting the hotel and it was an amazing stay as always! Super kind and friendly staff, very clean room, beautiful view and such a great breakfast! They had multiple good options for people with allergies as well. Definitely can recommend the spa and gym as well. They got everything you need!

If you are looking for a great hotel offering excellent value for money right in the heart of Innsbruck look no further. The location is perfect with the hotel being right on the main square of the town and all major sites no more than a 15 minute leisurely walk away. It is a new hotel and the decor and furnishings are of high quality. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and speak a wide variety of languages. They will go out of their way to assist with any requests. The breakfast is fantastic, particularly with wide variety of fresh fruits and yoghurts. It is great value for money.

The hotel was really nice, clean, tidy, polite staff. Little disappointed with room as it was not as descibed. We were on 6th floor room with a mountain view and balcony. The view was spoilt by a large chimney , still lovely view around the chimney but clear glass doesn't really matter when chimney spoils the view. Was nice to sit on the balcony but unfortunately people in the gym on treadmills are staring straight at you. The description says private bathroom. There is no private bathroom. There is a private toilet but the sink and shower were in the actual room therefore you have to wash and shower infront of your friend or relative. There is absolutely no privacy here but the photos in the room description show toilet, shower and sink altogether but they were not. Kettle and coffees and tea bags but no milk or creamer. Breakfast is very good lots of cold meats, cheese, fish, fruit, breads, juices, cakes, cereals, bacon, sausage and egg. There was not alot of wardrobe space. I travel light but not enough room for clothes and no draws. The TV does not have any English channels, its nice to watch movie at end of an eve but couldn't watch anything. Despite all this I would recommend saying at this hotel but check your room layout and bathroom privacy as it may not be as described. See photos

The hotel is located on the buzzing Maria-Theresia street, but most of the rooms are away from it, I had very quiet nights. The rooms have a reserved design, liked the wooden floor and cupboards. The bathroom is perfectly clean with a large shower cubicle. There is a kind of flap for fresh air, weird but efficient. The mattress was a on the firm side and a larger pillow would have been appreciated. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room offered enough space for all guests. There is no restaurant, but the bar has good cocktails, excellent before or after dinner in town!

Perfect location, great decor. The staff were friendly , although I know others reviews say they have had other experiences which is a shame. We wanted somewhere to sleep and explore Innsbruck and the location was perfect for this. Train station close and restaurants all within walking distance. Was a great place to stay whilst visiting the Christmas markets.

Bit late review was summer 2022 but will summarize experience Stayed there one night during our roadtrip. delayed in check in for more than 2 hours check in time. Staff was extremely terrible with my pregnant wife and told her that they are understaffed if she doesnt want to wait more she can go to another hotel! knowing that this was a planned vacation, paid in advance and way past the check in time. However, to be honest with the review, location is nice, lovely lobby, slow elevators, nice access to parking, good storage room, nice room but service wasnt good at all

Great location, expensive fitout but let down by the 2 star service. No minibar or room service, they say you can get water etc from the vending machine on L4. But the machine is at the far end of the floor doesn’t take cash notes or cards, only coins. So you have to traipse all the way to reception get coins then traipse all the way back up to the machine then back to your room. Not at all guest friendly. Also room cleaning was poor.
