The room was clean, quite and more than enough space. The staff were friendly and happy to help and provide advise on things to do and see. Breakfast was excellent and we were made to feel welcome. We were sad to leave and we would love to go back again.

My family spent two nights at this hotel, and highly recommend it when visiting Salzburg. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are spacious and well worth the price. And the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. WiFi worked well. We did not eat at the restaurant, so cannot comment on that. Note...

The main plus about this hotel is its location. It's in Old Town itself yet not too close to the really busy shopping lanes. Rooms were tidy and beds were fairly comfortable. Bathrooms were modern and looked recently renovated. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly - making our stay a pleasant experience. The hotel thoughtfully...

The location of this hotel could NOT be better. It is about 1 min walk from Mozartplatz, so close that laying in bed at 7am we could hear the Glockenspiel play Silent Night and also the Cathedral bells calling worshippers to mass. It does not get any more quaint than this! Our room was facing an inner courtyard (facing other...

Rooms were better than picture, we had 2 rooms, one had a renovated bathroom which was much better. For stays in the Old City this was an excellent choice, just a minute walk to Christmas markets and rest of Salzburg shopping - we were a family of five so we required a base that we could all come and go...

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Easy to find and close to the city centre. It was clean and our room probably was renovated so the decoration was not so classic and the bathroom really nice. The breakfast was also very good and the personal very friendly and polite. I found it as a good choice to explore Salzburg,...

We were visiting Salzburg for the first time and this was a great choice! They have a nice, comfortable hotel in the historic area of the city. Good space, easy to find and walkable to many of the attractions around town. The staff was very helpful as well, from directions around town, suggestions for dinner, to purchasing our Sound of...

Great find in the center of Old Town, Salzburg, Austria. Comfortable, spacious room over looking the cobblestone street. Reception staff and owner Christine were delightful. All staff were bilingual. Breakfast was amazing and beautifully presented, with gluten free needs cheerfully met. (Thank you Daniella and Isobella) The decor of the restaurant was quaint, warm and welcoming. Thank you Christine and...

My single room was BIG by European standards, with a little self-code safe. I was awakened around 7:00 by church bells, but that was just fine by me! Breakfast is 12 Euros extra, but is quite substantial with good coffee (all you can drink) and tea, and will see you through to a late lunch if you want. Meats, cheeses,...
