Generally it is a nice hotel . The thing that was totally unacceptable, was that they moved one of our colleagues to another hotel although we had a reservation . I believe that due to the conference that was taking place next to the hotel they made overbooking .This is something that serious hotels never do.

A lovely boutique hotel walking distance from the old town. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for business over Easter in 2017. The hotel staff are lovely and the rooms are all different, typical for an old building. The rooms are large enough to accommodate two people, or a couple and a child. Some rooms are more expansive and there's a penthouse as well. Breakfast is amazing, definitely worth the 15 euros. The...

It feels like a charming boutique hotel, with big heavy metal keys, but with the convenience of modern amenities. Very large room for a standard double room, with a refrigerator with some mini-bar items. They have a lounge, which really is a nice touch even though it is small, with coffee, waters and juices. It is pleasant to have after...

My wife and I stayed here during a short trip through Germany and visiting Austria. We walked from the train station, which was a little far but the cab drivers didn't want to lose their place in line for such a short fare. Room was small but comfortable. Good view from the room. Breakfast was very good and set us...

This hotel is located close to the old town and the Congress. It is very convenient for those who either attend the business/meeting in the congress or visit the old town on traveling. Though the room is quite old but after considering the location, the price, and the lougue with free coffee and soft drink from 1100 am, this hotel...

The hotel and staff were really nice. The free coffee and drinks they advertise in the lounge are not available during their breakfast buffet, so keep that in mind when booking your travel. You also cannot (or are asked not to) take the non-coffee drinks to your room. Otherwise, our stay was excellent

Read some reviews of the Hotel and booked, we went armed to counter the negative aspects we read about. Travel from the Airport is so easy, the bus , Number 2, is outside the terminal, it runs every 10 mins and drops you right to the Hotel door. To return, the same bus is caught, but from a stop just...

This charme hotel is located in a central spot in the heart of Salzburg. The building is tipical " Old Austria" and very well restructured, maintaining its original characteristics with stone staircases and high ceilings. The rooms are cosy, very well isolated and silent. You can enjoy a rich breakfast with multiple choices in a well furnished dining room. The...

The bells, the bells!!! From 7 am a horrible noise from a near by church. Paper thin walls and doors. Too hot in the room. Poor breakfast - no bacon! Definitely not a four star hotel, two perhaps. Free coffee and water at the lobby is a plus.
