The gite is indeed immaculate and SarahJane and Gerald are wonderful hosts ... available when you need them, but not intrusive. I'd agree with the other positive reviews here. Two gites each for two people. Not big, but we had the benefit of good weather so we were either on the terrace of asleep (in a nice firm bed!) What...

Everything we expected is a slight injustice, when we arrived you could have not been greeted by a more helpful and enthusiastic hostess, the accommodation was fully explained to us and assurances of any problems was swiftly dealt with. The accommodation was immaculate and even brand new bottles of washing up liguid, scourers, olive oil, etc were supplied (a first...

Glorious Loire Valley our first visit but not the last. We stayed in La Grange d'Henri a beautiful gite offering everything you could possibly need and more. There is a sunny terrace just right to enjoy a glass or two of wine and again in the evening watching the hot air balloons in the distance. The gite is set in...

This is our second stay at La Bellevue and we loved every minute. Last time we stayed in La Grange de'Henri, and this time in Annie's House. Both are well equipped and equally homely and charming. The setting is peaceful and rural yet close enough to local villages and towns that there isn't a feeling of isolation. The welcome extended...

This was our second year staying at La Grange d`Henri. It was wonderful to be back for another holiday in this well equipped and comfortable gite. Sarah-Jane and Gerald are such good hosts and as always up to date on where to go and what to see in the area and of course which wine to try! A very restful...

We stayed in Annie's House for a week and found it an excellent base from which to explore Loire Valley towns and chateau. The house was generally well-equipped and stylish in a way that was in-keeping with rural French life. As we self-catered entirely during the holiday we appreciated the modern and well-stocked kitchen. It was particularly delightful to have...

Having never been to the Loire valley I had visions of picturesque, quaint little villages surrounded by vineyards. Annie's house lived up to all expectations. It is a beautiful cottage in a tiny, authentic French village surrounded by sunflower fields and vineyards situated in the heart of château country. As every other review has said the hosts put this property...

Delightful cottage in the Loire Valley beautifully presented and equipped. The cottage and location is wonderful but the hospitality and friendliness of the hosts sets it apart. Sarah-Jane and Gerald could not have been more helpful. We ordered the Table d'Hote service the evening we arrived and it was a truly romantic start to our holiday. We would also recommend...

5 nights at "La Bellevue" was the perfect way to be introduced to the Loire Valley. Our gite, "La Grange d'Henri" was a warm and comfortable stay in very peaceful surroundings. Sarah-Jane and Gerald are wonderful hosts and their warm hospitality and friendliness was simply infectious. They both had lots of helpful suggestions as far as where to go, what...
