Good location close to Linz cathedral and the pedestrian area with a small car park in the inner yard. The rooms are very small and quite basic, but as I was only staying one night, I could put up with it.

All started off with a nice welcome at the reception, but even some confusion about the parking place (€ 7,--/day). In first instance I was asked to park my car "schmal" in the yard as some other guests were expected to arrive by car too. Only when I mentioned that I would return later the evening and would expect to...

IT WILL BE A GOOD DAY - having breakfast , looking at appr. 30 blowing orchids. The garden is very specially planted with fruit trees, roses, box trees, lavender and peonies. At the end of this garden there you find our dreamingly romantic Garden House.

I was here on my business trip in october. Hotel was fine. Half of aur team were accomodated in additional building, without any lobby. My friends get very spacious, old-fashioned rooms (huge suites), I get much tighter, but more modern room. Everything was available, even clothes iron and single-use carpet-slippers. During my apsence, room was cleaned and towels were changed....

We received rooms on the second floor of the annex building. There is no elevator or porter service so the younger men in our group brought up the luggage of the elderly and less robust. There was no phone in the room. The amenities consisted of soap dispensers on the sink and in the shower and a shower cap. Breakfast...

We slept here for one night on the way back home. The room was clean and it had free wi-fi. The breakfast offer was not very diverse, definitely not a 4-star, but there was food enough and the personnel was extremely friendly. The hotel has no restaurant, we had to walk a bit around and have dinner.

I spent one night in this hotel. I could have lived with the fact that my suitcase was covered in dust after being on a floor, that my toilet did not work properly and that you get basically no breakfast if you arrive ten minutes before closing, but to be thrown out by a housekeeper at 11h - wen official...

The hotel is situated at a walking distance to the city center. The check in and out speed was efficient. The free wi-fi increases the satisfaction. The room was small but clean. The amenities were enough. I would only recommend for a very short stay as my room did not have any view to any direction. The value for money...

Close to the center, this hotel provide its guests most of the small things you look for in a hotel room that makes your stay an enjoyable one. From light control from anywhere till the smart room design and the visible showers. Someone put some thought when designing the rooms.

Excellent, contemporary architecture. Light and transpasrence everywhere. A new dimension of living. Not cheap at all, but a reference for Linz, in line with the future-oriented spirit of the city (Ars Electronica Center, C Festival, etc.). it is not romantic in the traditional meaning, but sure very enjoiable for a couple.
