Wow, we arrived at Neptune and we were greated by Isabella and shown to our room. The room was amazing, very modern with all touch control lighting, fantastic air conditioning, lovely kitchen including fridge freezer and a beautiful bedroom and bathroom, I was pleasantly surprised. Stavros and his team really make you feel welcome. Anderson is an absolute gem, he can't do enough for you and makes a fantastic Mango daiquiri, and Linda also makes you feel welcome. The food at Neptune was really good and excellent value for money. Location wise you have Phillipos supermarket across the road and your around the corner from Coral Bay strip where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. If your staying here make sure you visit Neo's sports bar for a fantastic evening of entertainment and culinary delights. My only suggestion would be some new sunbeds which are higher as I found it difficult to get up from mine due to recent knee surgery. Lovely pool with a couple of sunbeds.Thank you Stavros we look forward to seeing you next year

The Neptune offers great rooms with a great location. We’ve stayed a few times now so will always recommend this hotel. Always guaranteed a nice welcome from Stavros and his team. Close to the strip where you have a choice of some fantastic restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

We have been coming to Cyprus, usually Coral Bay, for approximately 17/18 years and have normally booked a villa with our family of 4 boys. Last year in July, just my husband and I, were recommended by our villa representative to go to Neptune Hotel Apartments for a late checkout room due to new occupants arriving at the villa that day. What an absolutely perfect place to be, such lovely friendly people and a lovely room, so clean, comfortable and modern. Had a balcony over looking the field at the front of the hotel. We were hoping to return here for our holiday this year, but unfortunately it was booked up, so we ended up at another apartment complex at the other end of Coral Bay, which was no where near the same standard. For me to consider anywhere else apart from a villa, doesn’t happen, but my husband and I loved it here. Just over 2 weeks ago, at the end of our holiday, we again booked a late checkout room, which was on the ground floor and it was just as good as the first visit. Really liked the little garden area for our use only. Also had a sun-bed and a small table with chairs. This time we used the pool, which was a lovely temperature and not busy at all. We enjoyed a delicious Mojito by the pool! We went off to the airport to catch our flight home, but this was delayed overnight, so I rang Neptune’s and they were so accommodating and allowed us to return to our room. In the morning I enjoyed a fantastic Cyprus breakfast and my hubby, a full English. In our eyes, the hospitality, friendliness, efficiency and customer service at Neptunes is second to none. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Neptune’s.

We were recommended this hotel for a day room whilst waiting for our evening flight and having to leave our apartment by 11am. The room cost 35 Euros for the day -it was actually a whole apartment ! Clean, lovely shower and fab air conditioning. Friendly staff - perfect and very handy location. A nice end to our holiday

The warm embrace of Stavros and The Neptune is why we have already booked to return next year. We have had five weeks with Stavros, Skevi and the family at The Neptune and have enjoyed it so much we can honestly say it has been the best holiday we have had on Cyprus. We have stayed in villas, an apartment and five star hotels but this year we wanted to try ‘small and local’ and we certainly were not disappointed. Our front facing apartment was perfect for our needs, comfortable and very clean. The staff are incredibly efficient and welcoming and go the extra mile for whatever you need, whether it be transport to the airport, a lift to Peyia, Neo’s, The Mill etc, laundry done, or advice on the area. The laughter we had in the bar was exceptionally jaw aching and we made several new friends, most of whom who are returnees to this unique little home from home. It is a bar where locals, expats and holiday makers mingle and make merry until the bar staff (shout out to ‘Our Linda and Isabella’ ) call time. Cyprus has captured our hearts and we can honestly say that this little place has too. Efkharisto! Trev & Janine

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at neptunes apartments. Room 207 All in all it is a fab place to stay. It’s cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for. The rooms are pretty standard. Lovely and clean and looked like they have been refurbished in bedroom and bathroom areas. The living area could have definitely done with a refurb though. The chairs at the breakfast bar were all torn and tatty and the sofa’s have also seen better days and looking very old! Lack of oven tray meant we couldn’t use the oven and the lack of a small knives! . We only had one large bread knife to do everything! Loved the lighting and the aircon was the best I have ever used. Outside area was clean. Didn’t have a view though as there were two large overgrown trees blocking it. Saying that though it was private, shaded and not looked upon so was lovely to sit out on in the evenings with a glass of wine. We didn’t use the pool area as used the beach but there was always lots of people using it and still beds available if you needed them. Again we didn’t use the bar area or restaurant but what we saw from it looked fab. We will definitely be coming back to neptunes again so will hopefully use it then.

We came across Neptune by chance last year and asked to look at the rooms. Stavros the owner showed us around and we booked straight away. We have just come back after 2 weeks and it was perfect. Very clean and 2 minutes walk away from everything. So impressed we have booked for this Christmas and new year but staying in one of the 2 bedroom maisonettes which are amazing and a great price. Thank you Stavros.

As a family of five we needed a place to use during the day whilst we waited for our return flight to the UK and this place came highly recommended. I booked a few days in advance and when we turned up on our check out day they let us into our apartment early. Staff are so friendly and polite, even helped carry our bags to the rooms. The rooms are so well equipped with modern units in the kitchen and bathroom. Good Wi-Fi throughout (better than the villa we used). Pool and pool area is clean and tidy, food is excellent. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it only a short walk down to the Main Street and the best €35 I have spent on a lay over hotel., a nice end to our holiday.

I’ve never been to Cyprus before and I’ve always been quite fortunate to do “all inclusive” and long haul, so I was apprehensive about what was to come of this holiday - self catering & somewhere new. However, as soon as I stepped foot in this hotel we was greeted with open arms by the owner and his beautiful family that went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay the most amazing holiday that we’ll never forget. The hotel catered for our whole party (3x family’s including grandparents and the usual bored teens) and not one of us had a complaint. The teens loved it, there’s a perfect size pool that’s cleaned to high standard with plenty of sun beds and a pool bar which we could all go to and get food and drinks when needed. I needed an extra umbrella one day (for the gingers) and within 3 mins it was up and strawberry blondes were rescued from burning. We had a townhouse which was worth every penny, spacious, decorated to high standard, comfy beds and all the home comforts we needed, as well as beautiful views of the mountains! Air con in every room, controlled by remote control and to be honest I’d move in permanently tomorrow! My parents had a 1 bed apartment which again was beautiful and perfect. It’s a great location between peiya - which has the most amazing restaurants and you must visit The Mill (a great karaoke bar on a Sunday night) coral bay beaches and obviously the strip which has lots of bars and restaurants. You cannot get bored here!! The family that run the hotel are great with contacts and information if you need airport transfers, car hire, excursions, places to visit, water sports, places to eat and so much more…. And as mentioned before, the owner is brilliant, his whole family (including children) really do make this apartment one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed. I’ve never felt so at home and comfortable on holiday and so upset when it was time to leave. I felt so safe here, it really does feel like a home from home and a family that we’ll never forget. Landed back at Gatwick this morning and already booking to go back later this year!! Hope to see you soon Neptunes! Thank you for the best family holiday! Love you all!! 🫶❤️🇨🇾🏖
