We found this gem by accident and what a pleasure it was. The barman was very friendly as was the chef. Our food was freshly cooked to order and we had the luxury of sitting out in the hidden courtyard. I couldn't decide between the lamb or the chicken kebab so asked for a combination which was no trouble. My...

George, the owner, chef, artist, sommelier, and head story teller, is a charming man with decades of experience in this family owner traditional hotel in the middle of Paphos. The pictures we saw on another booking site were a bit misleading and I must confess it took us a bit to warm up to the hotel. It was not helped...

Friendly staff and room clean, but very small with no table or chair (if you were going to put a suitcase on something). Bathroom sink leaked but was fixed when reported, no sink plug. Room safe not useable, owner said he had no keys. Street outside now paved and pedestrian only, so hunt round for a car park. We had...

My girlfriend booked us a room there for one night. When we arrived we got very disappointed with the tacky room - with a view of a wall. We asked for another room but we were told that wasn't possible. We then asked for a refund but the owner refused. We ended up booking another hotel in Paphos and of...

Back at the end of August I had the absolute pleasure of staying at 'George's place' for 8 days nights as I was in Paphos for a friends wedding. George and his awesome staff could not have made me more welcome and I would love to visit again. It was a shame that the road outside was being replaced at...

Arriving midnight to get the surprise of my life! All alleyways leading to the hotel ate closed, the hotel has failed to mention it to us! very furious. Other than that it is a three stars hotel, don't expect too much! The manager and the few staff are friendly
