It's a really old hotel! It needs a lot of renovations! My room was quite clean but during my accommodation nobody appeared to clean it for over a week! Therefore, the staff made my trip special! Many of them were helpful, with a warm smile! Do something for this hotel!

My 81 year old nan was staying here up until an hour ago, when the hotel announced to guests that they are now shut, to gather your belongings and leave. They have been given no reason why. The power to the lifts has been turned off and my nan who is very frail, left to carry the suitcases down 10... More

Just back from 2 weeks in Cyprus and after reading most of the reviews on here we were a little worried. We arrived late at night and the front desk was manned..the staff were nice. We had a family room which was very spacious..nothing fancy but it was clean and air conditioned. The rooms were cleaned regularly..every day if you... More

This hotel is a very poor looking one. Rooms are small, not very clean and need updating. It was the first time I've seen holes in curtains in our room. The best thing about our room was side view on the sea. Food was nothing special. I was travelling with my fiend in July 2007, but I don't think anything... More

Regrettably the staff were not very helpful, the hotel needs updating almost everywhere and given its size there is not enough space in the gardens or big enough pool to take all the guests if they decide to stay in for the day. The food wasn't too bad but nothing spectacular. The hotel is situated across the main sea side... More

I feel like the only good reviews on here must be paid for. It was actually a while ago me & 6 of my friends stayed here but thought I should finally give my thoughts as I want all people to avoid this 'hotel'. First of all, no air conditioning in the rooms despite all of us & other people... More

i would score even less than 1 star!! My partner and I went over to Limasol in June 2013 for a week to watch our beautiful friends get married, about 40 of us went, however only we stayed in ARSEinoe... from the moment we got there, we hated it! Th roxy nightclub lights, the outdated reception and rooms. I felt... More

We stayed in this hotel in 2012 September. I must say it was a very bad experience we had, probably the worst in the last ten years. We got stuck in the hotel lift many times. The food was really bad, service even worse, not to mention the cockroaches in the room. Yes, though the location was good considering it... More

All 3 elevators were out of service, so we did have to carry our luggage up to 5th floor by hand. Rooms were terrible: moquette old and dirty, bathroom with mold everywhere! Person at the reception is completely useless, as per any complain the answer is "I am not the manager". Light in our room did crash and was not... More
