I have just returned from a week in Siliema at the Roma Hotel. I arrived late very late my flight had been delayed! but on arrival I was met by David on reception who was very welcoming and kindly made me a lovely pot of coffee to take up to my room- he explained that if there was anything that...

The location of the hotel and owners were the only good thing. %80 of the rooms have no balcony therefore after a day at beach, drying the towels was a real headache. The rooms and furnitures were old, the bed was the most horrible bed I have ever slept! I was feeling all bed springs in my back. It was...

I visit Malta on a regular basis and always try to stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for bus stops going to Valletta and St Pauls Bay and also the ferry to Valletta. The hotel is a stones throw away from the rocky beach, overlooks Sliema front, close to a large shopping mall called 'The Point' and busy...

Needed an affordable hotel as air tickets were pricey due to the demand created by the football match I was attending. This place was one of the cheaper ones I saw without looking like a dump. It's an ugly, ugly building but is handily placed in Sliema, across the road from the esplanade and close to all the bus stops...

Now I understand that the football and the referendum were both in full swing and they both made me feel isolated. Having said that, that was not the fault of the hotel..i...

+ It was very good situated, close to the Sliema Ferry. Also there were bars and restaurants all around and lots of bus connections to and from the hotel. The breakfast was ok, and the staff was friendly. The room was big and I liked that we had the bathroom in the room. - The internet was not free in...

After reading some of the reviews here, one could think, how bad can it be? Very bad indeed. Elevator is spooky, room in desperate need of redecoration, windows, mattresses needs replacing etc. The hotel is in such a state that we didn't risk breakfast. On the positive side, the location is central, the price is low and the staff were...
