My family and I stayed at this hotel from 3/26 thru 3/29 and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The Windsor is a modest hotel with modest amenities but what made the visit pleasant was the staff. Each and every member of the team that we interacted with were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Whether we chatted about the bill or sights...

Despite its reasonably good location large coaches do not have access to the hotel as it is in a narrow back street. The claustrophobic lobby/reception sets the mood for the whole place. The rooms are very basic as are the washrooms. The single beds are fine so long as one is not taller than 1,75 (5ft 8"). The shower was...

Narrow streets are characteristic of the Sliema locality and when excessively big coaches arrive with our clients, they drop them off just a parallel street away from the Hotel - which is only 30 seconds walk away from the Hotel. However we do advise our tour operators that when transport is arranged for our clients, preferably taxis or minibuses are...

We spent a week at this hotel, the rooms were cold and damp, the food was poorly presented and of poor quality. Cold buffet was recycled over a number of days. On the wednesday after we arrived there was a fire on the 2nd floor, we were on the fifth floor and were made aware of the emergency by all...

Buffet Breakfast is served with daily fresh bread, full English Breakfast and Continental. The dinner is buffet with a selection of a three course meal and the menu for Dinner changes daily and is definitely not recycled. In the period which you kindly mentioned, there were no other complaints. With regards to the fire alarm, our staff switched on the...

We are very sorry that the room facilities were not up to your expectations, however we would like to clairfy that we have no scratched furniture inside our rooms. With regards to your comments concerning what had caused the fire, a detailled account from our engineer has come out; the fire was definitely not caused by a faulty socket. The...

Needed a hotel at short notice whilst my main accomm was being sorted. As this was convenient, i decided to book for 2 nights. Despite being classed 4*, can confirm that it really is more like a medium-class 3*. However, in view of the very low price i paid, have to say that it was more than adequate. The staff...

We didn't expect a great deal of luxury but our first room lacked the double bed we asked for so We were given another room on the second day. This was better but shower cubicle was very small (luckily, I am too) and the pedestal to hand basin was not attached in any way! Staff friendly and helpful but whole...
