We loved our stay. Our room under the eaves was lovely. Sabine and Maurice made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious, especially the home made apple cake and the home made jams. Superb stop enroute to the south from the Chunnel.

This place is a hidden gem. We only stopped off for 12 hours as a stopover to go somewhere else and wish we had stayed another night at least. It is a lovely old building which the owners have restored and it is a very comfortable place with lots of charm. The grounds are impressive and they even have a...

Our greeting could not have been warmer. Nice accommodation and helpful owners. Great breakfast. We missed out on the chambers d'hotes meal but the owners booked a local restaurant for us. Lovely premises and really pleasant owners.

We have stayed here annually for a one night stopover on our return home from our holiday in the South of France. This was possibly our 8th stay. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Sabine and Jean-Francois. They are so welcoming. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast is very good. Sabine is a fantastic cook (a...

Such a treat to stay in what really was a suite ,not a room. In lovely garden surroundings ,with a wonderful (mostly homemade ) breakfast. My personal preference would have been slightly less attention from the owners at breakfast, but I am not a "morning person " and I realise they were trying to be super friendly .Highly recommended

Such a wonderful find. A warm reception, fabulous 5 course meal, and amazing breakfast. Would recommend 100%. The room was in a converted barn. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful gardens to wander around. Will definitely stop here again on our travels around France.

Booked this chambre d'hote as stop off on way to portugal. Room was fantastic in converted barn with huge en suite. Very peaceful set in 10 acres of grounds. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Even booked restaurant for us in nearest town - again another hit. Breakfast excellent and gave opportunity to meet other guests.

We spent three nights here and I really cannot fault the place. It is very easy to find and about two and a half hours drive from Calais, mostly on motorway. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the location is peacefull and tranquil so easy to get a good night's sleep. We opted to have an evening meal, which...

We stayed in one of the four wooden caravans, fitted with all mod cons. The caravan was cozy and very cleverly fitted. Very warm welcome, 20 acres of apples, and wonderful meals. The owners have made this place a work of art. Don't miss the apple bread at breakfast!

Stayed in Jonagold (there is an apple theme throughout - the owners have planted thousands of trees in the extensive grounds) with two good sized bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Well designed, clean and very comfortable. Fascinating walk around the grounds looking at the huge variety of apple trees but the highlight was the dinner threaded through with appley wonderfulness....
