Stayed here while working in the area. Very clean comfortable rooms, friendly service. Not really in walking distance to anywhere to eat but only a couple minute drive. A few parking spots for oversized vehicles and when they filled up, the management quickly found us suitable parking. price was fair

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. The room was spacious, clean and the added touches of trees and flowers really made it welcoming. We were told a wedding party was staying and it may be a bit noisy. Nice we were told up front but no need to worry since the walls were not paper thin so we...

This is a nice, essentially commercial, mote. north of downtown Listowel (a nice town to visit, by the way). The motel tend to host many construction workers in construction season so do request a room in the south wing--the one-story wing. Rooms are spacious, floors can be heated in bathroom if needed in cold weather, small refrigerator and one of...

The property is very well maintained and has tubs with plants and trees, which makes it very pretty and welcoming. We booked a standard room, which was a little smaller than we anticipated however the furnishings were of a higher standard than other similar motels we have stayed in and the room was immaculately clean but we felt it was...

Three of ladies stayed over night to go to the spinrite yarn tent sale. Was provided with a spacious, spotless room that had three beds. Great owners very pleasant and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Wifi is fast and has great reception. Will definitely stay here again. Very impressed.

Keurig coffee machine in each room. Free K cups at the office. Very fast wifi internet. 40mb/s down. 10 upload. nice cable tv, beds are ok but not amazing. good sized standard rooms. I've stayed here three times now and its the best option in the area. The owners are a very nice couple. Only big down side, it isn't...

My family used this motel for several nights using several rooms. We found it very clean and comfortable. Good beds and pillows. Wonderful shower. It was so nice having wi-fi instantly available for all the family communications this week while we were in town for my brother's funeral.

Hubs and I were in the area on business and the room was reserved for us. When we pulled in it had the appearance of an old-style motel without a lot to look forward to. While I don't know if all the rooms are the same, those in our area were nicely updated and very clean and comfortable. We would...

Stayed here two nights for work. The internet didn't work the first night but otherwise it was a good stay. A couple of my coworkers complained they couldn't sleep too well but i was fine. Much better than staying in Wingham.

I arrived late at night rather tired. Quite surprised by the room waiting for me. Big, bright, clean and comfortable. Don't get me wrong this is not a 5 star hotel but it is worth of a 5 star motel. In-floor heating in the big, clean, bright bathroom. Only drawback is there is no restaurant but your only minutes from...
