Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is brand new, marble everywhere and extremely well looked after. Gavin and Caroline at reception are the happiest staff I have ever met and could not have been more accommodating. Can’t recommend this hotel enough to my friends and family.

Found this gem while looking for somewhere to stay close to an appointment. OMG what a find. The manager Caroline went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special and Gavyne looked after us once we arrived. We took advantage of a special deal they had which was great value for the money. The whole place including the patisserie where we had a delicious breakfast, looked very chic and upmarket and the room was opulent and spacious. Our only regret is we were too tired to check out the rooftop bar until we were ready to leave the next morning...but we will definitely return and this time we'll make sure we spend some time at the bar as it looked like an amazing space

Originally booked for one night but ended up staying for 2! Hotel is very clean, modern, and sleek. Despite not being based in the city CBD I would easily stay here again. Westfield mall is a 2 minute walk, the train station to the city is a 5 minute walk, and a park with ponds across the road. The room was very comfortable and modern, I particularly liked the TV with preloaded movies and the in-room tablet to order room service from. Mini bar and great bathroom amenities. My only minor disappointment was the shower didn't have a door so it splashed all over the bathroom floor. The views from the rooftop bar and pool were breathtaking as were the lounge areas. I felt like I was staying in a luxury property for a fraction of the price. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Sydney.…
