Cannot praise this hotel enough we were looked after from start to finish. The food was lovely and fairly priced. Good deals in the beer garden bar. The bud stops for all the trips was right outside the hotel. We will definitely be back

This is a nice enough hotel, but the location was just okay. Views of the ocean were beautiful and the hotel staff was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. A solid choice -- I just wish it was closer to Laugavegur.

I currently stayed in the hotel for a 5 day adventure trip. I was upgraded from another hotel I was ment to be staying in and so glad as I was more than happy with it. Very clean and staff couldn't do enough for you. Very helpful with booking any excursions and helped locate a local shop for a few bits we needed for our trip too, which was handy that we had a mini fridge in our room. Also a safe and room service. The location is perfect for getting around the city, and theres bus stop 12 right outside where most pickups for the excursions pick up from so you don't have to mess about having to navigate around the city looking for pickup points. The rooms are very well kept and quite so perfect for peaceful nights sleep after long days out. These a restaurant and a bar in the hotel too which I have to say, the food is very nice. Lots of selection to choose from. Alittle pricey but hey, your in Iceland right. Really would recommend it to anyone staying in Iceland. No problems at all.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We stayed on the 15th floor and the views were amazing of the harbour. We had a beautiful sweet platter upon arrival and drinks in our room. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was ideal for going into the main parts of Reykjavík by foot. Plenty of options for eating and drinking in the hotel as well as the main food/shopping street just around the corner. The bus stop for excursions and airport pick up is right outside the door. We ordered room service ok our first night as we had only 10 minutes until all restaurants or pubs stopped serving due to the Covid restrictions. We ordered a pizza and a side of fires which was tasty and reasonably priced.

Hotel was lovely, clean, modern, spacious and great location but the staff are the cherry on top. Could not do enough. We had some trouble with sight seeing trips cancelled/re-booked/cancelled again etc which was a massive damper for our trip but the staff went above and beyond to help us.could not ask for better. Nothing was too much trouble
