We booked the deluxe 1 bedroom apartment via booking.com for March 2017 for 4 nights. We were not given the exact address of the apartment we had booked we were told it would be allocated to us on arrival, this is not really a problem unless you want to do any research on the area you will be in and...

Once we booked the apartment, it did say on our confirmation that the address was for the main building, and we could be in any of the locations - which was annoying as we probably wouldn't have booked this if we had known. Location wise, Reykavik is pretty small therefore where we were moved to Lindagata we were still pretty...

This apartment exceeded our expectations (my friend and I are two 30 year old gals from Toronto). The man who greeted us at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. He led us to our apartment and it was 2 floors. The first floor had a small kitchen and table and large bathroom. The 2nd floor was the living...

We only decided to go into their basic apartment - which was fine for the price but as other people have mentioned it didn't look like the pictures placed on here. The shower didn't fully function - which we were not told about before! The location was fantastic, we walked straight out onto all of the main shops, and some...

Stayed 1 night as we were off to the blue lagoon the next day for the night but was so happy we wanted to stay longer. The people that run the place were so helpful. More like a hotel than serviced apartments.

The location of our hotel could not have been better. We had a deluxe studio for three ladies. While small by American standards, we managed fine. This room would really be perfect for a couple. The full kitchen with w/d was great. We used the tea pot, w/d, fridge, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom was great. All black stone on...

We booked the deluxe 2 bedroom apartment and were very comfortable for our party of 5. The apt was located 5 min walk from the check in spot on Hverfisgata (next to Mikkeller & Friends restaurant.) Very central location but away from the direct Laugavegur noise. There was even a parking lot facility half a block away. High ceilings, large...

Nice location, some staff is good, some is really bad. Do not expect a hotel service. We 'received' guest when we was trying to get privacy (reception man opened our room door with another guests). Also the cleaning team left the room opened to times after clean the room (not secure place). Bathroom in a very bad conditions with broken...

A funky setting that was walkable to all the sites of Reykjavik. Directly across from the Cultural Museum it made for an easy walk when the weather was rainy. Lots of restaurants nearby with great choices from Mexican to real Icelandic, the pub around the corner was recommended at checkin and was a good experience

San Francisco, California

Good morning!

we have been trying to get a hold of staff for a couple weeks now without response so hoping this will be answered and help clear up our questions.

we are arriving at 4am at the airport on 3/26/17 staying through 4/1. can we please check in early please? I'm traveling with my 10 year so will be very exhausted.

Also, I'd like to add my friend's name onto the room as Expedia didn't but we paid for a deluxe studio so my son and I could sleep together and Brian can sleep on the fold out sofa.

the other question is I've been online at other sites and the cost of the deluxe studio and deluxe 1 bedroom apartment with fold out sofa are about the same, could we upgrade for more privacy If there's more room since it's my friend not husband? if not, no problem just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask :)

Thank you so much, we are so very excited about our trip, I've never done anything like this before! Our Flubus will be taking us straight there so would be really amazing if we could check in early.

thank you so much fit your time and in advance for your response!. FYI, everytime I've called I just get a recording and don't know how much is going to be charged to me coming from San Francisco, California...oh well.

your apartments look beautiful on line so we are hoping to have the full experience as I've been very sick for several years and this is a bit of a celebration of finally feeling better and bonding with my son.

if you cannot upgrade but could check us in at any time earlier could you hold our luggage while we go eat then hopefully check us in?

Thank you again and we do look forward to meeting you all!
