I'm currently staying in this hotel. When I got in the room, the linens/bedding were filthy. So I called the receptionist/front desk right away. This receptionist changed our linens. Then, after she left, I realized the TV is not working. I called the receptionist again, & another receptionist went to see if she could fix the TV. However, she wasn't...

We stayed here twice during a recent trip. Our first room was quite good enough room to move around open bags good bathroom. Our second stay was in a horrid room at the back of the hotel. Renovation works going on around us with wires hanging from walls painting happening requiring windows to be left open around the clock mid...

4 day break in Iceland, The county is an amazing place with so many different things to experience. We did the usual tourist things like the Golden circle tour, Blue Lagoon and the Northern Lights search. The lights failed to show which was very disappointing but the weather is not controllable! The night life is vibrant and restaurants are very...

Friendly hotel staff. Comfortable rooms. Great location. All for a great price. Would definitely recommend. Quick and easy access to restaurants and shops. Everything is within walking distance. Food was expensive in restaurants near hotel. We paid £25 each for lasagne and a drink in a Italian restaurant. The hotel has a restaurant and provide a nice breakfast which includes...

City break with Thomsons. Chose this hotel based on the promise that most attractions were easily reached on foot, Could not fault this claim. Main street in the city is directly opposite across a small square. Loads of bars and various eating establishments in the immediate vicinity. Harbour about 10 minutes walk. WE had a free day so walked to...

Couldn't be in a better location right in the centre square. Hotel room was very poor and in need of redecorating, asked to be moved but were told hotel was full. Thomsons not bothered to help with the situation. On arrival sheets were ripped and finally got it changed at 11pm after chasing them all day, and kept awake due...

Brilliant location, right in the middle of everything, so it's not the quietest but it means a short walk to anything and everything you might want to do. A bit hectic when we checked in as there were several people from various tours and trips waiting to check in all at the same time, but the wait wasn't too bad....

“Avoid over the bridge rooms, accessed from elevator to the third floor.”
  • Not so great standard.
  • Not so nice with a missing picture in an already quite boring room.
  • Nothing more than a simple soap available.
