Great service and a really good location your slap bang in the middle of a busy area surrounded by excellent restaurants and various other hot spots, couldn't fault it at all. also would recommend that you change your money in Iceland rather than in the UK you get a much better rate

I came to this hotel for business. The positive of the hotel is the location but the hotel and rooms need some renovation. I found the rooms as well not very comfortable and the stuff is not always friendly as you would expect. Breakfast is too expensive. At the other Radisson is always included.

The front desk was very helpful printing out a bunch of stuff I needed for my meetings. But they didn't give me the normail free upgrade I am accustomed to receive at radissons elsewhere because I lost my glod club status with club carlson and am now silver. Shocking that are no taxis waiting outside and when I did order...

This hotel is a bit tired and rooms also look tired. Some staff were friendly but one or two weren't that friendly. Location is good close to the main shopping street and plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

I booked my hotel months in advance at this historic hotel anticipating a great room and a place near the center of Reykjavik. The hotel is near good restaurants and the center of city activity. Walking around in this city is a must and a car isn't needed for most places. On Saturday there is a flea market across the...

We spent six nights here in late September and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Room was clean and comfortable, as was bathroom. Terrific breakfast each morning, with a nice mix of hot and cold fare. You cannot beat the location, good choice of restaurants all around and the famous Reykjavik hot dog stand right across the street. Also try and catch the...

A perfect location in downtown Reykjavik - very close to best shopping streets, restaurants, museums and harbor. Hotel is very clean and modern and the staff was incredibly helpful with bookings and recommendations for touring and meals. We first stayed in standard single rooms which were clean but with very low sloped ceilings. Hotel upgraded us to Jr. Suites which...
