I did not stay at this hotel but wanted them to know how great their staff was. We arrived here to check in on our last night in Iceland to find out our reservation had been canceled by the hotel booking company. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the lady working the desk but she more than helpful....

this is a good hotel/Our check in ( 8 rooms) was quick and easy, which is always a plus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Some rooms you can have a kitchenette which helps with eating as Reykjavik is very expensive. Supermarkets all close by. The hotel in comfortable and is in a great location, everything close by. Breakfast...

The Hotel is classed as 3*, but punches above this. The staff all speak English, are very helpful and give excellent advice when asked. The rooms are a decent size, well equipped and the following are provided as norm, Fridge, mini bar,2 hotplates, saucepans, cutlery, coffee filter machine, microwave, cups saucers, salt/pepper. The hotel is warm and in an ideal position for the town. This...

Fantastic spot in centre of town; our apartment was spacious, modern, clean, warm and kitchen well-equipped. Breakfast (included in price) was generous with wide range of fruit, cereals, cooked meats, cheeses, bread, etc. - you can set yourself up for the day even though it's not your classic 'English' breakfast. We arrived quite early (10.00am) but they were very happy...

We enjoyed our stay here for a week. It's ideally located, walkable to just about everything in downtown Reykjavik. We also paid for a dedicated parking spot as we headed out for several day trips. Our room was tasteful and spacious for European standards, with a little kitchenette (including hot plates), sofa, a desk, and a balcony. The double bed...

This is a very nice, clean hotel on the main street of Laugavegur, and even though it is right in the middle of the action the room was actually pretty quiet at night. The rooms themselves are not fancy, but they are comfortable and spacious by European standards. We were pleasantly surprised by the in-room kitchenette, and by the generous...

This hotel is right in the centre of the main shopping street in Reykjavik so no better location if you want to explore the City. Staff were very friendly and it has a great coffee shop connected to it where breakfast is served. You are also a few minutes walk from where the main airport bus will drop you or...

We arrived early morning at hotel Fron , after a night flight. Although check in time wasn't until early afternoon, we were offered a free complimentary breakfast whilst the receptionist said he 'would see what he could do about our room!' After a well needed breakfast, we were informed our room was ready. When we got to our room on...

The location of this hotel is fantastic – right there on the main thoroughfare of Laugavegur, which means that you can walk just about everywhere. We were in a one bedroom spacious unit – that was too dern hot although you could open a windowpane it was almost stifling. We spent 3 nights here and did not get one night...

This hotel is located next to a busy little street with many bars and restaurants. You can easily explore the city by feet from here. The hotel rents some parkings, otherwise it's hard to find a spot close by. We parked our car at the old harbour, from there it was 5 minutes by feet, which was also no problem....
