Very chic designer boutique hotel. Service was excellent only lacking in a baggage porter. Did not dine here other than a quick breakfast but I've heard the restaurant is excellent. We had no view from our room but did not matter. The room was very chic but would prefer the sink area to have a door for a little privacy....

We stayed one night at Hotel 101 but wish it could have been longer. The hitel has a very fresh and modern design, the room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Good extensive breakfast buffet and late night drinks in the bar were delicious. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with everything from directions to booking a hire...

Certainly the best hotel in Reykjavík although without a huge choice dont expect a big 5 star hotel with all the trimmings. Its within walking distance of the town centre, the 101 has a super cool style. Small by stylish rooms, there's no real bar but restaurant is cool and a nice private bar room downstairs for events too.

Choice location, small but stylish rooms, good restaurant, relaxing lobby bar and hospitable staff. All good. We were with friends that had a room abutting the event space next door that didn't quiet down until 1pm. Avoid the 'city' side if you can. If you're driving, there is street parking right out front, just buy a parking ticket. Good shopping...

We stayed at 101 Hotel for 3 nights in March. The location is the best part of the hotel as it is right in the middle of downtown Reykjavik. Everything we did in the city was a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are small but that can be expected for any room in the middle of a city....

Stayed at the 101 four times. While I am not sure it's the most value for your money it's a great spot. The location is the best, as the city seems to expand in cool, new directions it's still dead center. The lobby lounge is really nice and seems to attract a nice local and international design crowd. The breakfast...

This has to be the nicest hotel in all of Reykjavik. Our stay was overwhelmingly nice. The food was fantastic. Great staff. Unbelievable location close to shops and restaurants and of course the old harbor. Can't wait to come back. Definitely try to book room 101 if there is availability. You won't be sorry.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the start of our trip. I was really happy with it.
