We booked this hotel through a short break Groupon Offer. The hotel is basic and clean, although the curtains didn't cover the whole window. We stayed in the annex next to the hotel. The staff could not be more helpful, they were lovely. The area is quiet but not very central. It is a 15 min taxi ride into the town...

We booked transfers from airport prior to going. Greyline bus waiting outside airport took us to the main bus terminal then minibus to hotel.. no problems at all. Arrived 2.30pm room was ready for us. We were in the building next-door to the reception.. 2 flights of stairs so not good for anyone with mobility issues Room was nice.. generous...

We were presently surprised by the room. We booked a superior room which was quite big with a kind of living room and a separated small bedroom. The room was clean. The view quite nice. Without a car is quite far from city center, around 3 km. All in all good value for money.

The rooms are just as described on the web site. Very comfortable and a great walk into town even in the snow. No lift so you need to carry your bags however it's very quiet so worthwhile. 😀🇮🇸would come again.

We booked this hotel on Wowcher, so wasn't sure what to expect. On arrival we had to wait for our room to be cleaned which was fine we didnt mind. Around 25 minutes later we were taken to the annex building next to the main reception. The room is basic, clean, and comfortable. What else do you need? It was...

The Italian woman who works here is really helpful and lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable except for lack of pillows- they are cushions. We did ask for more but they didnt arrive. Room was cleaned every day and beds made. Downside is there is no lift but we got help up to the second...

Decent hotel, with everything you need, tv, hot shower, tea and coffee facilities. There was however one morning breakfast was running late (i guess because of new year) and we had to leave before we could have breakfast, bur Michael at reception was very helpful and we got a refund for that morning with no quarrels! Would stay here again!

The rooms were ok, the floor not particularly clean and one of the days my friends bed got make and mine didn't which was strange. The curtains didn't cover the whole window so the room was very light at night with the street lights shining into the room which was annoying. Bed was comfy and shower good. We bought breakfast...

This was our first trip to Iceland & the hotel was booked through a tour operator so it wouldn't have been our first choice due to its location. However the staff were really friendly especially the Italian receptionist who suggested a lovely restaurant for us to eat out on our first night. Although it was really expensive it ended up...

Nice hotel a bit out of the town but all the trips pick up from the hotels and bring you back so it doesn't matter that much. It is just a bit of a walk to find something to eat in the evening especially when the temperature is -8/9, there is however a great little eating place right next door...
