We had a 2 bedroom apartment just across the road from the hotel. It was much bigger than we had expected and was a great space to come back and relax in. Beds were really comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. Location is far enough away from downtown to be quiet but close enough to pop in for dinner after...

Very clean and beds were very comfortable.I can't say enough good things about the staff and manager. Everyone was patient and more than helpful. I would recommend this as the perfect place to stay during a visit to Iceland. We were able to store our luggage until our room became available. Downtown is close enough to walk to and their...

We stayed here for 4 nights in December. Location was excellent, just off the main shopping street with great views across the town. Close to everything but still peaceful. Desk staff were really welcoming and friendly. Rooms are small but efficient and ours was spotless and cleaned well everyday. The balcony really added to the room as we had a...

My husband and I booked our stay at the Hotel Odinsve and had a beautiful room overlooking Reykjavik, the mountains, and the water. The rooms were simple, but perfect, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel also featured a delicious and wonderful breakfast, and the restaurant on-site also was delicious for dinner. Additionally, the location was fantastic. Right...

Our room was very small and cramped with a very distinctive smell. Appeared to be coming from the sewers as the smell of the water was awful which made having s shower a very unpleasant experience. If it weren't for the friendly staff at reception we'd definitely have made a big deal about it. Wifi was also useless in our...

I was traveling solo to Reykjavik. As a woman, I wanted a location that was within walking distance to the center of town, but yet away from the rowdy bars. This hotel was PERFECTION! I booked a junior deluxe room and it came with the most amazing view! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a towel warmer...

Best thing about this hotel is the location, great for getting around. If we went to Reykjavik again we would choose this for it's easy location to see all of Reykjavik. Staff were great, very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and our room was very quiet, just what you want after a busy day on tours!

What a lovely hotel! The location is perfect, right in the city centre and the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us very nice restaurant suggestions. The room was clean and quite spacious, with comfy beds and lovely bathroom! We didn't try the Snaps Restaurant as it was too full, so if you're wanting to eat there at the weekend...

Perfect location, all staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and felt spacious with lounge area in the loft, shower room was a bit of a squeeze. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The adjoining Snaps bar and restaurant served excellent food and had a vibrant atmosphere.

We stayed here for 4 nights self catering beginning of April. The hotel looks basic on the outside but tidy and presentable. Freshly painted I believe. We were greeted by friendly staff who were helpful and chatty throughout our stay including giving us ideas on where to eat out. We had a double bed which was basically two large singles...
