We stayed 3 night in late May 2016.From outside looks like a office building, but inside updated and nice. Rooms neat and clean. Staff/front desk helpful. Booked a tour via tour/ gift office. Located Out of town, we had nice breakfast and dinners , good food, but expanses. They gave us city bus pass to ride into main part of...

We came in to a Gate One tour, and we returned here after our trip. I really appreciated it a lot more the second time around. It is very clean. They use Loccitane products...the good one, not the cheap ones which I've experienced in Viet Nam. The major problem is that their curtains do not extend enough to fully block...

Highlight why I don't like 1. the location is far to the downtown. I tried go to the down town by walking, it need 40 minutes (fast walking). I think if you walk slowly it need 1 hours. You can use the yellow bus number 16, but the bus come every 40-50 minutes. It's difficult to make decision, between choosing...

On a recent trip to Iceland we stayed at this hotel 2 nights on arrival and 1 night prior to departure. Both times we found the hotel to be very warm and accommodating. It was very clean, the desk staff friendly, the restaurant good, and a happy hour every evening. Our room on arrival was typical in size and with...

Make sure you ask for a room facing away from the airport tarmac and away from the summer sun ... Our room overlooked the airport tarmac, we were told planes would stop landing and taking off at 10pm but they kept on going until nearly 11pm. The rooms have no air conditioning, in June our room hit 28 degrees celcius...

Room located facing the runway. View was spectacular; however flight noise can be a bother. Spa access was very enjoyable and relaxing. Hotel is outside of the central location of town, so they provide a free bus card to get you to the action.

I booked this hotel with little expectation, just needed a reasonablely priced place near the capital. After reading that rooms were recently renovated I took a chance and booked it. However, my room felt like it was right out of 1970, with old carpet and furniture, only one outlet (which left me charging my laptop beside the sink in the...

This hotel is just outside of the downtown area, near the small airport. It's an easy walk (20 minutes) into the heart of the city. The rooms are small, clean and nicely appointed. The Window shades do not fully block the light, which is not unique to this hotel. I recommend eye shades when it's light year round. The restaurant...

Except for a definitely more crowded parking lot, the former "Loftleidir Hotel" looks like it did more than forty years ago From the outside that is, but wait till you come inside. A recent upgrade has brought the hotel back to the class it used to have. The rooms, of course, are stil somewhat smaller than I prefer, but in...

I visited Iceland over 30 tomes on vaxation or long weekends. Great vacation spot from east coast. Deals not as good as when I started to go, got popular. I stayed mostly at what was the Loftleider now Natura. Always enjoyed my stay at this hotel. 15 minute walk to town, bus stop near by. Walk to Pearl, beach and...
