My rating and review is based on the better of the two rooms in which I stayed. I stayed here twice - before and after a tour of Iceland. During my first stay the room was very good!! Beautiful decor, lovely bathroom, great storage, small fridge, a safe. It was so nice I looked forward to returning for one last...

Unlike some of the downtown properties, the Icelandair Natura Hotel offers free parking. Good restaurants downtown are about a 20 minute walk away, along with the higher noise levels at "night" during the summer months. Despite the presence of the domestic airport behind the hotel, we spent five nights at this hotel without being kept awake by outside noise. L'Occitane...

The Natura doesn't make the greatest first impression, as the architecture looks like something out of the Soviet Union in the Sixties. No big deal, though. This isn't in downtown, but rather out by the domestic airport. Reykjavik isn't that big, though, so it's not an inconvenience. In fact, it's only a short walk (10 minutes tops) to the bus...

I stayed here for two nights on my first trip to Ísland and loved it. The rooms are lovely! I'm especially thrilled with the artworks within the rooms and without the hotel. I felt welcomed and at home. Will look forward to returning again soon.

It was far away from the downtown, however, the hotel offers free bus pass and the bus stop is just steps away from the hotel. The staff (including the receptionists and the housekeeping) were friendly and professional.

This is an extremely busy hotel with guests coming and going at all hours. There are no comfortable places to chill as any seating is taken up by guests waiting for trips, transfers etc but this wasn't a major problem. The breakfast is very good if a little chaotic - plenty of choice and good quality. We ate in the...

We stayed here on our last night in Iceland. The hotel is well outside the city center, next to the domestic airport. I was worried that there would be noise from the planes, but we didn't hear a thing. One thing about the rooms is that there was a serious lack of electrical outlets. In this day and age with...

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights at the end of our trip, using this place as a home base for seeing Reykjavik and surrounding area. I had originally wanted to be more central to the city, but in the end, I think I liked the location, it was actually "fairly" central. It would be a good...

We stayed here as part of Icelandair "Northern Lights" package. We chose an upgraded room. It was nicely laid out; compact; clean and functional. The facilities were clean and nicely kept. At check in it was a bit chaotic with so may people going and coming, but we managed to get our room without a lengthy delay. The hotel doesn't...

The hotel has been renovated and you can clearly tell, nice bed and very trendy furniture. However the sun did not go down during the visit and the curtains that cover this are not very good. The room got very warm and besides placing a fan that makes noise there was no other solution. The hotel is ok but not...

Dear Charlotte S Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Although we are glad to hear you appreciated the bed and decoration of your room as well as the recent renovations of the hotel, we are dissappointed to hear you did not find value in your stay.
