We stayed in the hotel on the first and last day of a 6 day tour around the south. The room was clean and comfortable although having booked a double room, we were disappointed to only have a twin room. On seeking out help at reception we were told that rooms are allocated out depending on arrival time and as...

We stayed in this hotel during our first trip to Iceland. Place is very clean, the only minus would be single duvets on double bed. It offers free bus pass to get to town and the bus stops right outside the hotel.

My wife and I stayed for a week during our vacation. We enjoyed this hotel and highly recommend Natura. The room was comfortable. Bathroom spotless and we'll maintained. Bed and pillows were great for a good night's sleep. Room temperature control was very good. There were no temperature swings and it was easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. The meals...

Hotel is a short bus ride from the downtown area. The hotel gives you a free bus pass that is good to take you all around town. The buses run frequently and are very reliable. The hotel is clean but the room we stayed in (2 twin beds) was quite small. There is no free breakfast and you have to...

Easy to find hotel in a great location close to the main tourist attractions. We had a problem with our booking when we first arrived (not the hotel's fault) which was quickly investigated and sorted out by the friendly hotel staff. Our room was a good size and the hotel bar/restaurant had a good choice of food.

This is a clean comfortable hotel. We were in a standard room which is a typical business traveller room, in that it was small with very little clothes storage space, so not great for a couple staying a few days. However the restaurant food was fabulous. Definitely recommended.

Average hotel away from city centre. Front of house staff is not friendly which and not really helpful. Rooms are very small and not looked after- for example our desk was missing parts. For that price you can find much better accommodations with better staff.

I was in Iceland on a brief tour and stayed on my own a few days. The hotel included in my tour was the Natura. I stayed in a different hotel the rest of the time. The hotel is inconveniently located as it is just outside of town next to the domestic airport. I stayed one night at the beginning...
