This hotel turned out to be much better than I had anticipated. The rooms are fabulous, clean, enough space for two to stay comfortably, modern. It has everything you may need for a stay in Reykjavik. It's walking distance to the Main Street and restaurants. So location is quite good. The breakfast had a nice selection and probably the biggest...

When we arrived at hotel @ 6:30 am, exhausted from night flight, we were able to check in early for @ $17 US dollars. A quick nap and shower makes you feel ok a million. Especially when your room is super clean and the staff is friendly. Room is very European so you have 2 twins slide together but they...

The rooms were very simply furnished but comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly when we were asking all of our questions for directions, etc. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and lots of fresh options. They also bring out refills continuously. Great location! We walked to the old docks and the main strip effortlessly daily.

The rooms were not large, but definitely comfortable for me and my husband. We did not see one bug and the rooms were new and clean. -Northern Light tour (booked with...

This hotel was great really nice, rooms and common areas were basic and clean and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place to say that's close to the centre and also close to major roads for heading out on tours. We had a 4x4 and this hotel has free secure underground...

This was a very nice, clean, staff friendly hotel. Would most defiantly use again. Easy walk to down town. Great buffet breakfast. Pickup was very easy for our tours. Lots of wonderful views from rooms. A lot of new construction going on, which did not interfere with our buses.

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel in late November, 2015. The purpose of the trip was, of course, to view the Northern Lights.... So hotel quality wasn't very high on the priority checklist. We just wanted a conveniently located, affordable place for 'base camp'. Hotel Klettur worked out perfectly for that. Nothing fancy, or even above...

This hotel came with a package so I did not chose it, but I was very happy with this hotel. It was simple and incredibly clean. Lovely breakfast buffet- very simple. The best part is the location- it is centrally located in Reyjkavik and you can walk to anywhere within twenty minutes.
