The rooms were very clean. However, There was just one bathroom for all. Neighbourhood was quite loud on a saturday night, so bring your earplugs. Breakfast was included. Felt very welcome. More than four people do not fit on the breakfast table.

It was an okay stay, but I would say its worth way less than what we paid for. The bed was nice and the house overall in a clean condition. There were some things bothering us, though. The space was very small and felt crammed. There is only one bathroom for 5 rooms of people, so that led to a...

We booked to stay in the studio apartment. It catered well for our needs and gave the option of us cooking meals if we wanted. Good value and location for exploring. Continental style breakfast provided.

We stayed two nights, the house is very cozy, clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The only downside is that it only has one bathroom (clean and modern) for 5 rooms. Location unbeatable.

No reception existing. 4 rooms with max 10 persons have to share one bathroom. In the area between entrance and stairs to first floor, you find a table with four chairs. A fridge where you can grab your bread, butter, marmalade or cheese for breakfast. Self service also for cleaning up. The bed and four towels are clean, the room...

We stayed here on our first night in Iceland. We didnt know what to expect from a guest house but found it very clean and convenient. The location is great for those wanting to go out and about. Would definitely recommend.

The guesthouse is in a great location but the guesthouse is very basic and a bit worn. Management also appears absent with guests stating that they needed to clean the bathroom themselves and supply their own breakfast/bread as it's not always topped up even though breakfast is part of the booking. Room 1 is right next to the shared bathroom...

I rented a room for a few days. The staff was friendly, and the location is good, just off of Laugavegur. The room was fine, but there really wasn´t much of a breakfast, which had been advertised as part of the deal. And only one bathroom to share between quite a few rooms.

Good place to stay if you don't enjoy staying I the hostels but still don't wish spending a lot for the accomodaion. Amazing location, right in the city center. The guest house's host provides you with the flakes and juice as well as some fresh fruits. Very nice place.
