Location is second to none. Room was cosy and when we got cold after a night out in the snow having extra blankets wasn't any trouble. There were 9 rooms, 3 bathrooms and I think 3 kitchens, so sharing was never an issue. Could be a little disruptive in the night hearing other get up if they were heading out...

The room was comfy and cozy. The bathroom is pretty small, but I never had a problem getting imto it despite sharing it with 4 other rooms. Location is great, a 5 minute walk to the happening part of the city. Never saw Heida once, which woukd have been nice if she had met me upon check in. I'd stay...

Myself and my boyfriend stayed in Heida's home for 4 nights in January. It was extremely close to the town centre, just one street back is where all the main bars and restaurants are. To walk to the very end of Reykjavik takes only 15/20 minutes. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. We were struggling to find somewhere...

I stayed at Heidas Home with my girlfriend for three nights just before Christmas. Heida was very accommodating and always available to help us out. The shared kitchen and bathroom were incredibly clean and tidy, and we found that sharing a bathroom was not a problem for shower/loo availability. The facilities were really good; the kitchen was particularly important as...

Heida's home is a great little place very close to the town centre. The rooms are warm and comfortable. Each floor has a little kitchen with tea and coffee. It is a shared bathroom but we had no problems getting in and the facilities were very clean and tidy. Considering how expensive Iceland is...Heida's home is an affordable comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Heida's home, she made us feel welcome and was happy to help us. The room and facilities were clean. The wifi was fast. Each floor had its own bathroom and kitchen with oven, microwave and hob. The guesthouse is within walking distance to all the sites. Round the corner is a supermarket called Bonus...

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heida's Home, the room was clean and nicely decorated, the shower and toilet was communal, but it was clean and never had to wait to use it. The fully equipped kitchen was very handy! The owners are very friendly and helpful. The town centre is 2 minutes walk away, so as the shops and...

We stayed hear for one night as we went on a two day trip to visit the ice caves the next day. Very comfortable bed and cosy room. We had a double room with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. This is all we required as we were just here for the night. Would recommend if looking for somewhere comfortable to...

We loved Heida's home! We stayed 4 nights in a small studio with kitchen facilities...so glad we did this as it really helped us keep costs down (10-11 a few seconds along the road open 24/7, and the cheaper Bonus behind). A comfortable, cosy room that was a joy to return to at the end of a long, cold day....

We stayed at Heida's home the first night of our trip. We'd been travelling all day and were exhausted. We were a little late but we're buzzed in and told our room was down stairs. There was a lovely little sign on the door with my name on it. The room was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was next door...
