Tower Suites is a beautiful hotel that has fantastic amenities and service, all with the feeling of being in a condo/apartment in Reykjavik. The hotel is on the top floor of an office building, key card access via the elevator. The room was spacious and beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and a spectacular view (exactly as the pictures indicate). The breakfast (included) was delicious and had many options (granola, fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, cheese, fresh baked goods, cereal, fresh juice and more). While located a bit outside of downtown, we had no problem with the 5 minute walk to the Main Street and also about a 10 minute walk to Harpa. The location actually made us feel like we were residents of the city. The hotel was able to easily call taxis for us (in advance) for when we traveled outside of the city for a couple of tours. Also, the restaurant in the building (burgers/fries) was surprisingly good. We have stayed in downtown Reykjavik, but we would not hesitate to stay at Tower Suites again for the views, the friendly service and the breakfast.

Beautiful stylish suite, with fantastic panoramic views of Reykjavik. Both our Bed and the extra bed for our teenage daughter were very comfortable. Lots of towels were provided along with Icelandic products (shower gel, shampoo conditioner and body lotion). Fantastic breakfast was provided each morning and we asked if we wanted to change anything each morning tailoring to our individual needs. The onsite staff were amazing - ensuring that we had everything we needed. The suite also has a minibar and also has an honesty bar in the lobby area, which also is very stylish and an enjoyable place to sit and relax after a day site seeing. The location of the suites is perfect for a leisurely walk into the old town which you can do by walking along the riverside. Saving at the Tower Suites Reykjavik was an added bonus to our holiday. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is about 10 suites located in the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in Reykjavík. With full length windows, you get to see amazing skyline views of the city. Check-in process is easy, for us we got a code since we were arriving around 12am. Parking is free.

The location is little outside of downtown of Reykjavík, about 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. But there are bus stop right next to the hotel.

The room is gorgeous. It’s spacious with a bar like high desk behind the bed. Huge closet to put and hang all the stuff. The bathroom has separate standing shower, and a hot tub. It also has full length window to enjoy the skyline while soaking in the tub.

They provide free breakfast, pretty decent for a free one. It has variety of items like bread, cheese, fruits, cereal, eggs, milk, cucumber and avocado. They confirm breakfast time the day before, and bring it to the room in a trolley.

There’s a common area in the middle of the floor to get drinks, ice, snacks, coffee, water and tea. There couches and high tables to hang out and enjoy the Reykjavík skyline.

Overall we loved the hotel and their service. It was almost self-serve, and we liked that experience.

I am so glad we booked this hotel for our three night stay in Reykjavik. We got in early in the day and Annie (the most wonderful concierge ever) allowed us to check in way ahead of the 3pm check in time. Walking into the beautifully appointed room your eyes go straight to the ceiling to floor windows and the incredible views. No small tiny hotel room here. The room was large and open and beautifully modern. The bathroom too had ceiling to floor windows and the shower was wonderful. There was also a large bathtub that looked very inviting overlooking the city and mountain views.
The daily breakfast, which is delivered to your room, is out of this world. You really couldn't ask for anything more on a breakfast tray.
All the staff was so helpful and friendly. It felt like they really wanted to make your stay perfect. A special shout-out to Annie. Thank you for making our stay so perfect and wonderful. I know we will be back to Tower Suites.

Mesmerizing! That's how I would describe our experience at the Tower Suite in Reykjavik. After a long journey, nothing could have warmed our hearts more than the sweet welcome from the incredibly hospitable staff.

When we thought of grappling with airport taxis or buses, we prearranged private chauffeur. We were delighted to be allowed an early check-in, a testimony to their keen attention to weary travelers.

Our anniversary celebration couldn't have found a better backdrop. With the convenience of the location, there wasn't a site in Reykjavik that felt out of reach. Planning tours was no more complex than a mere corner walk.

One mustn't forget the breathtaking view that awaited us on the 20th floor. Bestowed with the finest suite (#6), we found our abode in the clouds. Pristine, vibrant, and brimming with amenities.

The culinary experience was par excellence. A vibrant palette of freshly prepared breakfasts, tailored to our liking, made our mornings. No two days felt alike. I will never find Skyr like this in the States,

If sunshine is your summer holiday dearest companion, you’d be spoilt by the perpetual midnight sun during the summers in Reykjavik. But if you're overwhelmed, they've covered you with simple blackouts.

With its exceptional service and location, this jewel in Reykjavik is a must-stay—a shoutout to the people of Iceland for their warmth. You'd not just fall in love with the Tower Suite, but Reykjavik, for being so pedestrian-friendly. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Five stars all around. It's not just a stay; it's an experience. The hotel's exceptional treatment, grandeur, and sumptuous experience make Tower Suite a true Icelandic treat. I can't wait to be back!

I stayed at Tower Suites for a week during our family vacation. From the very beginning, I was in communication with the staff about various amenities and tours to make our first visit to Iceland memorable. I was pleasantly surprised about the promptness of the staff with details that are unparalleled. They helped us book most of our activities and tours and airport transfers prior to our arrival. The transactions were smooth and effortless. Upon arrival, we were dismayed at the views from the residence. The amenities were fabulous, breakfast offered in bed at a time of your convenience. Coffee, bean and hot chocolate available at the lobby. As well as, an assortment of drinks. Housekeeping staff was absolutely excellent and very accommodative of our requests. Concierge services provided by the front desk staff were absolutely phenomenal. Special thanks to Kinga, Sara, Kelly, Julia were all fantastic. In addition to our fantastic, peaceful, cozy accommodation, there was an ongoing movie shooting for Reykjavik across the street! I will recommend tower suites for anyone who is visiting Iceland as the best option. You do have to book early as there are limited rooms available. There are several food options nearby and the bus stop (#12) for tour pick up is just behind the tower. Thank you again for making our visit memorable.

My family had booked a family suite in their sister property. I received an email a few days before asking if I would like to upgrade to the Towers because of a booking issue. We agreed. The room we got was a corner suite with views of the harbor and town. The hotel brought in a roll away so my teenagers did not have to share a bed and even had our laundry sent out for cleaning for free since this hotel did not have a washer/dryer and the other one did.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the move. The manager emailed me several times after check-in to make sure the accommodations were suitable. When I mentioned the "romantic" type room we were in did not afford much bathroom privacy for my teenagers to shower or use the bathroom (open bathroom concept), they immediately opened a second room next door for us to use for showering and bathroom use. Basically we got two full rooms. (one being a suite). That is incredible service. The manager emailed again to make sure this was satisfactory. The staff was extremely accommodating and never acted like we were an issue. They were extremely understanding and wanted us to have a great experience. They just wanted to make us happy. And they did. I sat and visited with one desk person for 30 minutes getting to run down on the Northern Lights and other interesting stuff. She was interested in sharing and never bothered.

I would be remise if I did not mention the breakfast. At your selected time, they provided the best breakfast i have ever had at a hotel. We rolled out of our room into the sitting area and they had placed out four settings complete with orange juice, cereal with individual bottles of milk, fruit bowls, charcuterie board with meats, cheese, etc. fresh bread and doughnuts. It was incredible. I wish I took a picture because the presentation was as good as the food.

Due to the extremely top notch service and attention they gave my family and the extra touches like the breakfast I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very unique as it's on the 20th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Reykjavik. There are only 8 rooms which is ideal for those who like a smaller, more personal experience. There is a fabulous view of the city from your window. The hotel is far enough from the noise of the city but close enough to walk to all the sights, restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast is delivered straight to your room every morning, no waiting in a busy buffet line. Fresh fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese, cereal, pastries, eggs, etc are available to eat. Our hotel room was pristine when we arrived and was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and water temperature and pressure were perfect. I can't say enough about the staff, they're so friendly, engaging and more than helpful. They truly make this hotel a special experience. Special thanks to Cassandra, she went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here.

I could not fault the tower suites at all. They were so easy to communicate with and were really quick at replying to me at any point in the day. It wasn’t the easiest place to locate however, the staff went above and beyond to help me locate it and help me to the right place. As well as this I asked for some extras in the room and they did this without and issues and made the stay even more special.

The room itself is stunning with a modern design and beautiful views. The bed was soooo comfy and had an amazing view. The breakfast is delivered to you room and you get a great amount of food at a time you ask for so that you can enjoy the views and privacy of your room and I felt this made the stay even more special and romantic.

This was the best stay that I have had out of any hotel or apartment and I would say it is the best place to stay in Iceland.

I could not recommend this location more especially if you want to make your stay special or romantic.

Just come home from having the most fantastic 3 nights at Tower suites , from us arriving to leaving we couldn’t have been made more welcome . We was given our suite as soon as we arrived , the views from our suite was breathtaking. The staff gave us local information and recommendations even advising us on the chances of which night was best to catch the northern lights .
Breakfast was plentiful and was brought to the room every morning was so nice to have breakfast overlooking the sea , mountains and city .
We booked trips through get your guide and wasn’t successful at seeing them on our first night but was allowed to rebook for free , due to the amount of cloud the next night , the staff checked at said there was a good aurora forecast for our last night , we certainly wasn’t disappointed and saw a spectacular northern lights tour.
The suites are situated about at 20-30 min easy walk to downtown Reykjavík with east access to everything the city has to offer.
The beds was the comfiest I have ever slept on after a long day sightseeing it was luxury to sink into.
We wasn’t getting picked up till 14.30pm and the staff kindly let us leave our bags looked in reception, when we returned to collect them the staff said we could sit in the bar area and help ourselves to a complimentary tea or coffee.
We loved Reykjavik and want to visit again this time to see it in summer and we will definitely be booking to stay again x

Hi. Breakfast is fresh continental breakfast. You can tell them your dietary requirements. They are very accommodating. You order your breakfast the night before.

All it means is you enter with a key on your phone. You still get food service and all the stuff. Amazing hotel. We had invisible service and the technology was down so it really ended up being visible
