We slept well during our stay here, but what really made an impression on us was the friendliness of the staff. They were super helpful and very welcoming. We would stay here again because of them! It is a wonderful location, only 10 minutes from the town, but it is very peaceful and quiet there. A great place to return...

Highly recommended for visitors to northern Iceland. Just 10 min. of scenic drive from town, Lambs inn provides a combination of warm welcome, comfortable rooms and great views, and above all - the hot tub located in the most scenic spot and the excellent food (rare in Iceland) - with special mention to the home made breads in breakfast and...

Great location for a bed and breakfast on a sheep farm. Very peaceful and can imagine it would be a great place to see Northern Lights -- we were there when sun nearly didn't set. Staff is very friendly and helpful with advice on places to see nearby. Their restaurant is fantastic and their special lamb dinner sells out quickly...

I have to say this was a let down.. From the start with the room being ice cold.. To the towel hangers ripped out of the wall.. And yes dead flies on the ceiling The restaurant was not open but he still charged full price.. And also tried putting us "city" folk into our place however we are farm folk...

We stayed in one of the out-buildings which contains 3-4 rooms with one shower room and one bathroom (with a door the kept sticking). The rooms were decent sized and overlook a wide valley filled with fields. There was quite a bit of junk in the yard, diminishing from the charm of this rural location. A nice breakfast was served...

The Lamb Inn is a real gem. It sits on a sheep farm at the side of a lovely wide valley with stunning views. The hotel buildings are of a high standard with an excellent restaurant. The rooms are quite spacious and very warm and comfortable with good bathroom / shower. Breakfast was excellent with a tasty range of home...

If you are heading to Akureyri and don't want to stay in the city , the Lamb's Inn is a welcoming option. Our group stayed there as part of 6 day tour around Iceland. the Inn is multilevel with reception on the top level the dining area and the majority of the rooms on the second level and two lower...

The place is located a few minutes drive south of the town, in the middle of a beautiful valley. It is a typical icelandic farm turned into an Hotel, which makes it authentic and cozy. It is a family run business and everybody in the staff is extremely nice. We booked a room with private bathroom, not too big but...

The owner was friendly and welcoming, the accommodation whilst basic was clean in a lovely quiet location out of town. The bed was comfortable and the highlight of the breakfast was the lamb pate but the smell from the shower water was a bit disconcerting even though we understood that it comes from geothermal supplies. Suggestion, wash your face in...

Nice place, close to Akureyri but still surrounded by nature. Very warm welcoming and friendly owners. Clean and comfy rooms. Delicious food. It was the best lamb I ever had in my life (and I also come from a land of sea, wind e sheeps!)
