Small, nice peaceful and good location. That´s enough to one night stay. If like to there is also rooms without window. During winter time in Finland the window is not needed, because there is anyway dark outside. Our room was spacious, clean and nice (and without window). Nothing bad to say of room or hotel. Breakfast is standard of Cumulus...

We visited Helsinki over 3 days, hotel very good and staff most helpful. Breakfast was good and enough to choose from. Hotel very close to train station and the inner city. Good restaurants also very close by. Must say the Bed was the most comfortable of our whole trip. Also the staff found out we had our 43 wedding anniversary...

It is a OK hotel. Spacious enough. Our room seemed to be dated. The lobby is a bit small and non-stylish. Nice breakfast. Good location. Walking distance to almost all city spots. We even walked to the Rock Church. Staff were friendly enough. We could keep our luggage there inside a locked room before room's ready and after check-out. Dogs...

We were visiting our daughter, who is studying in Helsinki. Reception staff were very efficient and friendly, checking us in very quickly. Our twin room was perfectly fine. Comfortable beds and the clouds to look up at!. The wet room/toilet served its purpose more than adequately. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! A wide range of treats on offer (didn't quite...

I needed a single night at a Helsinki hotel, and knew from previous visits that this Cumulus was very near the bus and rail station so decided to give it a go. After a long journey I was greeted with what all travellers want to hear at Reception: 'yes, we are expecting you - welcome!' My small room was clean,...

Been there three times, last time in October. Situated just one block from the railway station. Stuff is friendly and you can watch city view while enjoying breakfast. Sauna times are in the evenings and they are different for men and women, both two hours.

We reached this Hotel on a 30th June, 2013 Saturday night at 11pm after a long journey, a long wait at the reception as there was a queue of guests and refreshment seekers, which were being sold by the solo receptionist, we were given a room which had a filthy toilet, the mental trauma caused by the sight will never...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in August 2013. The location is very good in that both the railway station and bus station are very close. its a short walk or tram ride into the City centre. I stayed in an executive/superior room. It was a nice size, spotlessly clean and well appointed. It was quiet as it...

Perhaps I'm not the most discerning traveller, but I found this hotel to be quite nice when I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great, convenient to the central station and many of the attractions downtown. I had the standard room and didn't think it was too small but I can understand others' viewpoints about the living size....

The hotel is very nicely placed right in the center of Helsinki - the Railway Square is just around the corner. However, location is its primary and almost sole advantage. The hotel building is comparatively old, and it's felt. It could surely do with some in-depth refurbishing. Windows in the rooms are bolted shut, air circulation is available only through...
