Awesome personnel, great security and location. There are lots of places to eat within s block and there is always hot water and tea available, as a courtesy. Fantastic location and the most helpful, kind guys working there. Highly recommend especially if you close the windows at night or have earplugs.

This hotel has a great location and decent rooms. My room was very clean and the reception staff were helpful. Only downside is the thin walls, I could hear my neighbour's argument with his girlfriend until late. There was also no air con in the room amd the windows were locked, so it got very warm. Free coffee and tea...

Dear Scarlet, Thank you for your review! I’m very sorry for any inconvenience caused because of the noise and heat. We’ll instruct our reception and security staff to be more careful during night time, and intervene promptly any disturbing noise or behavior! We’ll also check that the ventilation works, as it should.

Hotel Finn is near all the main attractions and only 5 minutes from the train station. The staff is very helpful and the rooms comfortable. Even though there's no breakfast, we got a discount for breakfast at two different cafés/restaurants.

Quiet and clean room, comfortable bed, clean and practical bathroom, with shower gel, shampoo and hair care. Good windows that keep the noise out, even though there are bars and restaurants nearby. I slept really well! :) Nice, helpful staff, one of them spoke English like a native speaker. The only negative point was the lack of breakfast, but they...

Hotelli Finn was a great little hotel right in the heart of Helsinki. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I really enjoyed the free coffee and loose leaf teas available at reception. They also have lockers if you need to leave your bag at reception before checking in/out (and you can keep the key). I agree that the bathrooms have...

The location of the hotel is excellent; close to everything. The rooms are simple but cosy and big. Only negative note for the bathroom which is quite small and lacks shelves. Very nice the selection of different kinds of tea. Recommend warmly

I travel a lot with work so when I am travelling for leisure, I don't like to stay in regular hotels. I really like Hotelli Finn as it feels like I am staying in a spare bedroom rather than a hotel. The staff are lovely and it is in such a convenient location for the train, airport bus, the shops...

This hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of town and close to the trams and the railway station. We booked a medium room but it was really tiny and the bathroom was ridiculously small. There was no space for the shower so when you took a shower everything ended up wet. The very helpful receptionist found...

This hotel was a gem! The staff were so lovely and the rooms were perfect for what we needed. There were several restaurants around our hotel which was handy as it started snowing when we arrived and we didn't want to wander too far. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a very restful night's sleep. Probably the best...
