We arrived after hours and it was easy for us to get the keys to the room. The hotel is convent location in downtown Helsinki. The room was nice and clean, perfect for what we needed. Wanted to stay here again on our return but it was fully booked!

I liked this hotel. Room is quiet, clean, small but cozy. Everything you need in the room is. Staff are friendly, coffee, tea at the reception, even a kettle in the room. 2 minutes before the Stockmann and trams, near pool. For 2-3 nights is very good. А pleasant combination of price, quality and location.

I stayed in this small yet comfy place during a business trip. The location couldn't be better, being just a walk away from the train station and the Kamppi shopping center. The price is an excellent deal considering the rates for other hotels nearby. And the quality of the room was satisfactory; a no-frills kind of thing. A comfortable room,...

We stayed here when we first arrived in Finland, then booked again after we returned from Estonia, and again just before leaving. The location is perfect, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the price is very good for Helsinki. It is a very basic place to stay, no 24 hour staff, no restaurant or breakfast, but I would...

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the location is perfect (right in the downtown of Helsinki), the staff is friendly, and it is relatively inexpensive. The minor things that might turnoff some travellers are somewhat rundown looking staircase and elevator, thin walls, and the lack of breakfast/dining hall (they do offer complimentary coffee and tea though)....

We stayed for 2 nights in Nov 2016 and really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is in the heart of Helsinki and we couldn't really have asked for better location to get around by foot. The room was small but clean, neat and and great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful and overall it was a great stay....

The good points first. Location is good. Short walk to the train station, and surrounded by restaurants and pubs. The hotel advertises "We are not a 5 star hotel". They are most definitely not. At a stretch 2 stars. The hotel is located on the 5th and 6th floors of an older building. Entrance to the building is appalling. The...

We scarcely noticed the renovation work going on, the Finn is clean, quiet and very well located. Staff were welcoming and gave us all the info we needed about tram routes, restaurant locations. They even have their own free left luggage lockers for the day you leave. There is a breakfast discount at the next door Kiila restaurant (brilliant breakfast...

Stayed in a 6th floor double room. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the radiant heat in bathroom floors to help dry water and keep your feet toasty! Very nice location, plenty to eat and drink just steps outside the hotel entrance. I would stay here again.
