Avoid at all cost. Plastering is falling off the wall, beds are narrow and squaky, terrible place. And I have seen a lot of hotels.

You apparently have stayed in one of our basic rooms, which are sold as no renovated. We have several room categories, so standard and comfort rooms are nice. Wishing you nice winter time...

We spend here one night in October. I didn't expect much because this it much cheaper than other hotels near by. The room was pretty large and nice, but the air condition was quite loudy in the toilet. It didn't keep me from sleeping, not at all, but maybe somebody else. And finally, my tip for gluten-free people is that...

Thank you very much for your feedback. Happy to hear you were mainly satisfied. Tip for next time, please ask the gluten-free bread from our staff. We don´t keep the available to everyone as people take accidently the gluten-free bread and then there is not enough for those who really need it. Wishing you a nice winter time! Sales Dept....

Stayed here for three nights. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the rumours of no towels and sundries were completely untrue. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good choice. The coffee hit the spot for me after a night on the town. Great location, handy for the station and I would stay there again.

Stayed here for two nights while travelling for work. Had a basic single room with en-suite shower room. The hotel is a bit dated and tired looking, but I slept well and breakfast is ok. Very central location, great for the train station and walking distance to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Given the choice I probably wouldn't book...

Great location, massively convenient to get anywhere . Hotel itself needs massive updating , everything seems used a lot. Breakfast was ok, very basic but was quite possible to find suitable meal except coffee ( no way anybody could drink it!).

Location is top, in the middle of the city senter. And that it the only good thing I can say about this Hotel. Water flooding on the bathroom, no assistans when asking for help. Sad breakfast, rundown rooms, but kleen bed. Expensive too.

We a family of four stayed for nine nights in room 772 from 11th to 20th September. This room is spacious and included two TV sets, desk, shower/toilet etc, which was always kept clean and the towels were changed every day. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a selection of cooked meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, juices etc. On leaving for a...

We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Arthur, and were upgraded to a refurbished room, so I'm not sure what the older rooms look like. The bed was comfy with clean sheets, tidy bathroom and floors, the shower could have been hotter, but good water pressure. The room was so quiet that we felt like we were out in the countryside....

Room was fine, breakfast was acceptable. A little table in our room was covered in dust when we arrived - and two days later when we left it was still covered in dust...but otherwise, we were fairly pleased with this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is also a positive. However the room is very dated and a little run down, particularly the bathroom. If you just need somewhere to rest for the night it'll do, but the for the price we paid I wouldn't consider it again.
