The value here is pretty unbelievable. My husband and I stayed here recently for a quick 2-day visit to Goteborg. The room could have fit my whole family, it was very large - kitchen, sitting and dining area. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. We did open into the courtyard, but that did not bother us. The...

We stayed in August 2012 our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. This hotel was a bit charmless and be aware there is rooms that’s windows overlook the reception area. (Not to the outside world) We asked to be moved and the staff were helpful and did move us without a fuss. Breakfast was good and the location not bad...

Overall we're quite satisfied with our stay here. Nice hotel with an excellent service. Evening buffet included, coffe/tea, fruit and cookies available all day without extra costs. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Try to avoid rooms overlooking the railway area. We woke up in the middle of the night because the tracks were being cleaned with a large noisy machine.

We stayed 2 nights in an apartment overlooking central station. The room was large and clean but tired and dated. The triple glazing kept out the noise of the trains and trams. Most disappointing were the public areas of the hotel. The rooftop area and patio areas were grubby with cigarette butts and weeds growing up between the paving slabs....

The security team is suck. I lost my bags in front of the counter, but they don't try to help me to find the bags. They have the camera, but not cover every view of angle. Just simply said "we can't do anything." And there is no manager to talk to when needed. There are only young girls to talk,...

A nice hotel that is convenient located, close to the train station and the main public transportation. The room was large, clean and functional, but nothing special. Even if there are a nice view over the central station, try to avoid that side of the hotel since the trams are passing through just below the window and sounds like a...

Room was huge (full apartment!). As it was Midsummer, a full dinner was provided in the lobby which was great. Wished we'd stayed a few more nights! Free use of washer/dryer. Elevators have the fastest doors I have ever seen.

Stayed in an appratment for two nights. The location is quite convenient close to the train station, though I might have prefered to stay more in the middle of Avenyn next time (e.g. Hotel Avalon). However we appreciated the afternoon snack and the evening buffet. The size and cleanliness of the room was good. There was not really any noise...

This was a very nice trip large part due to the hotel! It was a really nice trip. Everyone says Sweden is so expensive but we did not find that to be the case! Our room was roughly 150-160USD a night BUT included a HUGE breakfast AND..........AND DINNER! Massive meals. Also afternoon tea/cake service and coffee and tea out at...

We appreciated everything about the hotel: location near the train station but with double paned windows so we heard no train noise; beautifully appointed suite, with full kitchen and lots of well-designed storage area; free laundry for guest use; excellent breakfast and also tasty free evening meal. The staff were across the board friendly and helpful (and could speak English)...
